Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya resiliensi bagi peserta didik sebagai kemampuan untuk dapat bangkit dari masalah sehingga terlindung dari efek negatif, serta dapat mengambil pelajaran dari setiap kejadian dalam kehidupannya. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menguji program adventure-based gestalt therapy dalam mengembangkan resiliensi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimen dengan desain pretest-postets nonequivalen control group design. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan intake group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen setelah penerapan bimbingan kelompok adventure based gestalt therapy. Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini yaitu, bagi guru Bimbingan dan konseling dapat memberikan layanan adventure-based gestalt therapy dengan cara menguasai penggunaan instrumen resiliensi dan penguasaan teknik adventure-based gestalt therapy yang terdiri tari tiga tahapan yaitu breafing, leading, debreafing. This research is motivated by the importance of resilience for students as the ability to recover from problems so that they are protected from negative effects, and can learn lessons from every incident in their lives. The aim of the research was to examine the adventure-based gestalt therapy program in developing resilience in high school students. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Sampling in this study used an intake group. The research results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group after implementing adventure-based gestalt therapy group guidance. The recommendation in this research is that guidance and counseling teachers can provide adventure-based gestalt therapy services by mastering the use of resilience instruments and mastering the adventure-based gestalt therapy technique which consists of three stages, namely briefing, leading, debreafing.
