Abstract

ABSTRAK
Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan belajar siswa melaluikinerja mengajar guru.
Kinerja guru juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor internail maupun eksternal,
diantaranya kedisiplinan, motivasi, faslitas sekolah, dan kepemimpinan kepala
sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kedisiplinan, motivasi,
faslitas sekolah, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sekolah
dasar di daerahh 3T Kabupaten Lebak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey, untuk populasi sampel dari
penelitian ini adalah 6.557 seluruh guru di sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Lebak,
dengan sampel 100 orang guru yang dipilih menggunakan stratified random
sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kedisiplinan, motivasi,
fasilitas sekolah, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Variabel kedisiplinan dan motivasi guru termasuk
kategori tinggi sedangkan fasilitas sekolah berada di kategori sedang dan
kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berada di kategori rendah. Penelitian ini
merekomendasikan agar di adakan pelatihan khusus tentang pendampingan model
pembelajaran RADEC untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa memalui kinerja
mengajar guru di Kabupaten Lebak.

ABSTRACT
One of the factors to increase student learning is through teacher teaching performance.
Teacher performance is also influenced by several internal and external factors, including
discipline, motivation, school facilities, and the leadership of the principal. The aim of the
research was to see the effect of discipline, motivation, school facilities, and the leadership
of the principal on the performance of elementary school teachers in the 3T area of Banten.
This research method used a quantitative approach with a survey method, for the sample
population of this study were all teachers in 775 elementary schools in Lebak Regency,
with a sample of 100 teachers who were selected using stratified random sampling. The
results of this study indicate that the variables of discipline, motivation, school facilities,
and principal leadership have a significant effect on teacher teaching performance. The
variables of teacher discipline and motivation are in the high category, while school
facilities are in the medium category, and the principal's leadership is in the low category.
This study recommends that special training be held on assisting school principals to
improve teacher teaching performance in Lebak District.
