Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana literasi digital guru PAUD pada penyelenggaraan PPG dalam jaringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Adapun partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah guru yang sudah melakukan PPG daring angkatan 2022 tahap 2 yang sebagian besar berusia 40 sampai 50 tahun. Intrumen yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa guru mengalami hambatan dalam mengakses maupun mengoperasikan komputer/laptop yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya proses PPG Daljab daring berlangsung. Namun selain berbagai hambatan yang dialami oleh guru PAUD, terdapat pula banyak keuntungan atau kelebihan yang dialami oleh para guru PAUD seperti lebih terlatih dalam menggunakan IT dalam kegiatan mengajar di dalam kelas, lebih beravariasi dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran, seperti dapat mengimplementasikan metode Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) . Kata kunci : literasi digital, ppg ANALYSIS OF PAUD TEACHERS' DIGITAL LITERACY IN IMPLEMENTING THE PPG PROGRAM THAT IS CONDUCTED ONLINE ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the digital literacy of PAUD teachers is in implementing PPG in the network. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The participants in this study were teachers who had conducted online PPG batch 2022 stage 2. The instruments used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that teachers experience obstacles in accessing and operating computers/laptops which result in delays in the online PPG Daljab process taking place. However, apart from the various obstacles experienced by PAUD teachers, there are also many advantages or advantages experienced by PAUD teachers such as being better trained in using IT in teaching activities in the classroom, being more varied in using learning methods, such as being able to implement the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge method.
