Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh motivasi guru penggerak belum cukup baik dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya serta belum termotivasi untuk mencapai prestasi kerja dan pengembangan diri dengan baik. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah merupakan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam memotivasi dan menginspirasi guru penggerak untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Begitu dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru penggerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran empirik mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan dukungan sosial terhadap motivasi kerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru penggerak Di Kabupaten Bandung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru SD yang telah mengikuti program guru penggerak di Kabupaten Bandung sebanyak 202 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner online, yang diolah dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel dukungan sosial dengan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan. variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja guru penggerak berpengaruh signifikan. Rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian kepala sekolah perlu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional serta perlu memberikan dukungan terhadap kinerja guru penggerak di lingkungan sekolah. Sebagai guru penggerak, dimana sebagai pemimpin pembelajar perlu memberi dukungan sosial serta mengajak rekan guru yang lain untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran, serta menjadi teladan dan agen transformasi ekosistem pendidikan. ----- The background of this research is that the motivation of driving teachers is not good enough in improving their performance and they are not yet motivated to achieve good work performance and self-development. The principal's transformational leadership style is an effective leadership style in motivating and inspiring driving teachers to achieve educational goals. So social support for work motivation is an important factor in improving the performance of driving teachers. This study aims to obtain an empirical picture of the effect of the principal's transformational leadership style and social support on work motivation and its impact on the performance of the driving force teacher in Bandung Regency. The sample of this study was 202 elementary school teachers who had participated in the driving teacher program in Bandung Regency. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The research instrument used was an online questionnaire, which was processed using Smart PLS 3. The results showed that the principal's transformational leadership style variable with work motivation had a significant effect. The social support variable with the work motivation variable has a significant effect. The principal's transformational leadership style variable with social support has a significant effect on work motivation. the variables of the principal's transformational leadership style and social support together on work motivation and their impact on the performance of the driving teacher have a significant effect. Recommendations based on the research results of school principals need to increase understanding and skills in applying transformational leadership styles and need to provide support for the performance of driving teachers in the school environment. As a driving teacher, where as a learning leader it is necessary to provide social support and invite other fellow teachers to implement learning, as well as become role models and agents of the transformation of the education ecosystem.
