Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen implementasi model kontekstual diferensiasi di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini sebagai solusi dari kebutuhan pembelajaran yang mengangkat masalah dikehidupan nyata untuk menumbuhkan karakter mandiri di dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model pembelajaran kontekstual diferensiasi terhadap karakter mandiri profil pelajar pancasila pembelajaran PPKn di SD. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan desain nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 50 peserta didik kelas IV SDN 226 Arcamanik Endah Kota Bandung yang berakreditasi A, dengan masing-masing 25 peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan 25 peserta didik kelas kontrol. Data yang didapat dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kelas kontrol dan eksperimen hasil pre�test dan post-test, serta dari angket respon peserta didik kelas eksperimen setelah diberikan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi awal peserta didik belum mengarah kepada pembelajaran yang menghasilkan siswa-siswi yang bisa mengamalkan karakter kemandirian pada pembelajaran PPKn. Penerapan model kontekstual diferensiasi memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatan kemandirian peserta didik kelas eksperimen. Penerapan model kontekstual diferensiasi memiliki perbedaan pengaruh antara kelas eksperimen yang mendapat perlakuan dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak dapat perlakuan. ----- This research is a quasi-experimental study of the implementation of the contextual differentiation model in class IV of elementary school. This research is a solution to learning needs that raise real-life problems to foster independent character in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the differentiation contextual learning model on the independent character of Pancasila students' profiles learning Civics in Elementary Schools. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this study was 50 class IV students at SDN 226 Arcamanik Endah Bandung City with A accreditation, with 25 students each in the experimental class and 25 students in the control class. The data obtained in this study were obtained from the control class and the experimental class results from the pre-test and post-test, as well as from the experimental class students' response questionnaire after being given treatment. The results showed that the initial conditions of the students did not lead to learning that produced students who could practice the character of independence in Civics learning. The application of the differentiation contextual model has an influence on increasing the independence of the experimental class students. The application of the differentiation contextual model has a different effect between the experimental class that received treatment and the control class that did not receive treatment.
