Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi serta wawancara di salah satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kota Bandung yang menunjukan kondisi siswa fase B (kelas IV) yang mengalami hasil belajar rendah khususnya aspek kognitif pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi keberagaman budaya Indonesia disebabkan adanya keterbatasan pada bahan ajar yakni hanya buku paket guru yang tersedia tanpa adanya tambahan bahan ajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mendeskripsikan pengembangan bahan ajar Majalah Bunes untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa fase B Sekolah Dasar. Majalah Bunes yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 4 seri provinsi (Jawa Barat, Sumatera Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, dan Papua Pegunungan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode D&D (Design and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni observasi, wawancara, angket validasi, tes tertulis, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil validasi produk tahap I yakni dari ahli bahan ajar memperoleh nilai 100% (kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan catatan perbaikan), dari ahli materi memperoleh nilai 95% (kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan catatan perbaikan), dan dari ahli pembelajaran memperoleh nilai 100% (kategori “Sangat Baik” tanpa catatan perbaikan), sedangkan validasi produk tahap II memperoleh rata-rata nilai 100% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” tanpa catatan perbaikan. Hasil uji coba terbatas bahan ajar Majalah Bunes pada siswa fase B (kelas IV) Sekolah Dasar menunjukan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan, di mana nilai rata-rata semula 53,3 (pre test) menjadi 93,7 (post test). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, bahan ajar Majalah Bunes layak digunakan dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa fase B Sekolah Dasar. This study was motivated by the results of observations and interviews at one of the Bandung City Public Elementary Schools which showed the condition of phase B (grade IV) students who experienced low learning result, especially cognitive aspects in the subject of Pancasila Education material on Indonesian cultural diversity due to limitations in teaching materials, only the teacher’s package book available without additional student teaching materials. This research aims to overcome these problems by describing the development of Bunes Magazine teaching materials to increase the learning result of Pancasila Education in phase B student elementary school students. The developed Bunes magazine consists of 4 provincial series (West Java, West Sumatra, South Kalimantan, and Mountains Papua). This research uses the D&D (Design and Development) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The data used in this study are observation, interviews, validation questionnaire, written tests, and documentation study. The results of product in step I from teaching material experts obtained a score of 100% ("Excellent" category with notes of improvement), from material experts obtained a score of 100% ("Excellent" category with notes of improvement), and from learning experts obtained a score of 100% ("Excellent" category without notes of improvement), while product validation in step II obtained an average score of 100% in the “Excellent” category without notes of improvement. The results of the limited trial on Bunes Magazine teaching materials in phase B (grade IV) elementary school students showed a significant increase in learning result, where the average value was 53.3 (pre test) to 93.7 (post test). Based on this, Bunes Magazine teaching materials are feasible to use and and able to increase the learning result of Pancasila Education in phase B elementary school students.
