Abstract

Kecerdasan naturalis pada anak usia dini sering kali diabaikan dan tidak teramati dengan baik. Padahal kecerdasan naturalis anak jika distimulasi dengan baik dan tepat akan membentuk pribadi anak yang peka dan peduli terhadap lingkungan melalui beberapa capaian yang ada pada kecerdasan naturalis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media, hasil uji kelayakan media serta hasil uji coba terhadap pemanfaatan media animals suitcase yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam menstimulasi kecerdasan naturalis anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dan desain penelitian Educational Design Research (EDR) dengan tahapan analisis dan identifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan media, desain dan pengembangan media, hingga tahap uji kelayakan dan kesesuaian media serta tahap uji coba media .Tingkat kelayakan media berdasarkan hasil uji ahli materi mendapatkan hasil skor 80 % dengan kategori "layak" dan nilai hasil uji ahli media mendapatkan skor 92, 3 % dengan kategori "sangat layak". Pada uji coba penggunaan capaian pembelajaran anak dengan menggunakan media animlas suitcase terdapat indikator dengan skor tertinggi yaitu 100% pada pengenalan hewan serta kesadaran melindungi hewan nilai tersebut jika dikategorikan ”sangat baik” , serta skor terendah yaitu 67% pada indikator mengenal habitat hewan pada sub indikator sikap sains dengan kategori “baik”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengembangan media hingga uji coba dan uji kelayakan media oleh ahli serta tahap penyempurnaan media yang telah direvisi, maka didapatkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa dengan dikembangkannya media Animals Suitcase yang berisi permaianan ineteraktif seperti kartu pengenal, poster tempel habitat hewan, kartu interaktif mengenal makanan hewan, puzzle susun hewan, serta poster tempel lindungi hewan bertema hewan Endemik Indonesia, dapat membantu stimulasi kecerdasan naturalis anak dengan memberikan kesempatan pada anak untuk berinteraksi, berkolaborasi serta menggunakan keterampilan proses dan sikap sains dalam pengenalan life science. --------- Naturalist intelligence in early childhood is often overlooked and not properly observed.. Even though a child's naturalist intelligence, if stimulated properly and appropriately, will form a child's personality that is sensitive and cares about the environment through several achievements in naturalist intelligence. This study aims to determine the development of animlas suitcase media to stimulate children's naturalist intelligence in introducing life science. This study used the Educational Design Research (EDR) method and research design with the stages of analysis and identification of media development needs, media design and development, up to the feasibility test and media suitability stage and the media trial stage.The feasibility level of the media based on the results of the material expert test results in a score of 80% in the "proper" category. Meanwhile, on the media expert test results, a score of 92.3% was obtained in the "very feasible" category. In trials using learning outcomes in children using Animlas Suitcase media, there is an indicator with the highest score of 100% on animal recognition and awareness of protecting animals. If this value is categorized based on interpretation score guidelines, it gets a very good category, while the lowest score is 67% on the indicator. know animal habitat on the science attitude sub-indicator in the good category. If this value is interpreted in the score guidelines, it gets the Very Good category. Based on the results of research regarding media development to trials and media feasibility tests by experts as well as the revised media refinement stage, the result is that with the development of Animals Suitcase media which contains interactive games such as identification cards, posters attached to animal habitats, interactive cards to get to know animal food , animal stacking puzzles, as well as posters protecting animals with the theme of Indonesia's endemic animals, can help stimulate children's naturalist intelligence by providing opportunities for children to interact, collaborate and use process skills and scientific attitudes in introducing life.
