Abstract

Satudikti merupakan platform berbasis mobile aplication terintegrasi dengan layanan unggulan Ditjen Diktiristek seperti Kampus Merdeka, PDDikti, Kedaireka, Ijazah LN, SIVIL, Selancar PAK, Kompetensi Dosen, Beasiswa, Sinta, Garuda, dan Siaga. Meskipun telah mengalami perubahan tampilan user interface (UI) saat diluncurkan, perubahan ini tidak didasarkan pada penelitian langsung terhadap pengguna Satudikti. User experience (UX) merupakan sebuah ilmu yang mempelajari bagaimana merancang dan merubah sebuah perasaan, persepsi, serta perilaku pengguna terhadap suatu tampilan, layanan dan kinerja sebuah produk, sistem, atau jasa. User-Centered Design (UCD) merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan suatu produk dengan melibatkan pengguna dalam proses pengembangannya, sehingga akan menghasilkan keuntungan penting dalam kaitannya dengan user experience (UX). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan tingkat user experience pada aplikasi Satudikti dengan menggunakan metode UCD. Adapun penilaian awal dan akhir yang akan dilakukan menggunakan usability testing berdasarkan ISO 9241-11 untuk mendapatkan nilai Effectiveness, Efficiency, dan Satisfaction. Adapun hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menggunakan usability testing berdasarkan ISO 9241-11 yaitu, meningkatnya tingkat Effectiveness dari nilai awal 88% untuk kelompok responden Mahasiswa dan 86% untuk kelompok responden Dosen menjadi 90% untuk kelompok responden Mahasiswa dan 94% untuk kelompok responden Dosen, meningkatnya tingkat Effeciency dari nilai awal 80% untuk kelompok responden Mahasiswa dan 79% untuk kelompok responden Dosen menjadi 80% untuk kelompok responden Mahasiswa dan 88,5% untuk kelompok responden Dosen, dan meningkatnya tingkat Satisfaction dari nilai awal 78,43 menjadi 80. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dikatakan bahwa metode UCD dapat meningkatkan nilai pengalaman pengguna pada aplikasi Satudikti ketika diuji menggunakan usability testing berdasarkan ISO 9241-11. -------- Satudikti is a mobile application-based platform integrated with flagship services from the Directorate General of Research and Development and Technology Application (Ditjen Diktiristek), such as Kampus Merdeka, PDDikti, Kedaireka, Ijazah LN, SIVIL, Selancar PAK, Kompetensi Dosen, Beasiswa, Sinta, Garuda, and Siaga. Although it underwent a user interface (UI) redesign at its launch, this change was not based on direct user research of Satudikti's users. User experience (UX) is a science that studies how to design and modify users' feelings, perceptions, and behaviors towards a product, system, or service's appearance, features, and performance. User-Centered Design (UCD) is a method used in product development, involving users throughout the development process to yield significant advantages in terms of user experience (UX).The purpose of this research is to enhance the user experience level of the Satudikti application using the UCD method. The initial and final evaluations will be conducted through usability testing based on ISO 9241-11 to obtain metrics for Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Satisfaction.The analysis based on ISO 9241-11 usability testing showed an increase in Effectiveness from the initial score of 88% for student respondents and 86% for lecturer respondents to 90% for student respondents and 94% for lecturer respondents. There was also an improvement in Efficiency from the initial score of 80% for student respondents and 79% for lecturer respondents to 80% for student respondents and 88.5% for lecturer respondents. Additionally, Satisfaction increased from the initial score of 78.43 to 80.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the UCD method can enhance the user experience value of the Satudikti application when tested using usability testing based on ISO 9241-11.
