Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dari penyelenggaraan PPG SD Dalam Jabatan di lingkungan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, karena selama ini belum ada evaluator dari eksternal yang mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum PPG SD Dalam Jabatan di UPI sehingga perlu untuk melakukan penelitian yang khusus untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PPG Dalam Jabatan bidang studi PGSD. Penelitian deskriptif evaluatif ini memaparkan tujuan umum yaitu bagaimana efektifitas implementasi kurikulum Pendidikan Profesi Guru Sekolah Dasar Dalam Jabatan di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Adapun tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui kualitas konteks, input, proses, dan produk dari program PPG SD Dalam Jabatan di UPI. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi CIPP dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu pimpinan PPG UPI, koordinator bidang studi PPG SD, dosen, mahasiswa, dan tenaga kependidikan bagian kurikulum. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti mendapatkan bahwa secara umum implementasi kurikulum ditinjau dari aspek konteks, input, dan produk sudah sesuai dengan kriteria dan aturan kebijakan pemerintah, akan tetapi dalam beberapa aspek masih ditemukan hal-hal yang kurang sesuai. Aspek proses sudah sesuai dengan kriteria dan aturan kebijakan pemerintah dan tidak ditemukan adanya kesenjangan. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of implementing In-service primary teacher professional education curriculum within the Indonesia University of Education. There has been no external evaluator who evaluates the implementation of the In-service primary teacher education curriculum at UPI, so researcher needs to conduct specific research to evaluate the implementation of the In-service teacher education curriculum in the primary education field. This evaluative descriptive research describes the general objective of how effective the implementation of the In-service primary teacher professional education curriculum. The specific objectives of this research are to determine the quality of the context, input, process, and product of the In-service primary teacher professional education curriculum in UPI. The evaluation model used was the CIPP evaluation model with a qualitative approach. Respondents who were involved in this research included PPG UPI director, coordinator of PPG SD studies, lecturers, students, and staff in the curriculum section. Data was collected by using interview, observation, and documentation review techniques. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher found that in general the implementation of the curriculum in terms of the context, input, and product aspects were in accordance with the criteria and rules of government policy, but in some aspects were still found that were not suitable. Meanwhile the process aspect complies with government policy criteria and rules, and no gaps were found.
