Abstract

Pembelajaran menulis merupakan salah satu keterampilan bahasa yang penting untuk disampaikan kepada siswa. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia terdapat materi mengenai menulis deskripsi sederhana yang berguna untuk merangsang keterampilan menulis siswa sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa pada materi menulis deskripsi dengan memberikan perlakuan menggunakan model pembelajaran induktif kata bergambar di kelas II SD El Fitra. Hasil penelitian berdesain quasi eksperimen ini, data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes (pretest-posttest) data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Kolmogorv-smirnov dan Uji Shapiro-Wlk>0,05 dengan hasil data berdistribusi normal sehingga analisis data dapat dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Statistik Parametrik (Uji Paired sampel t test dan Uji Independent sample t test) untuk mengetahui perbedaan terhadap rata-rata dua sampel yang berpasangan. Hasil penelitian dapat dikatakan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis deskripsi siswa, dengan jumlah populasi 78 dan sampel penelitian 52 siswa menunjukan hasil pretest kelas eksperimen sebelumnya memperoleh rata-rata 60, kemudian setelah adanya treatment dengan model IKB hasil posttest kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata 82, 77. Hasil Interpretasi uji paired sample t test diperoleh nilai sig (2 tailed), sebesar 0, 00 < 0, 05. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata peningkatan kemampuan menulis deskripsi siswa yang menggunakan model konvensional dengan model induktif kata bergambar. ------ Learning to write is one of the important language skills to convey to students. In line with this, in learning Indonesian there is material about writing simple descriptions that are useful for stimulating students' writing skills from an early age. This study aims to improve students' writing skills on writing description material by giving treatment using an inductive learning model of pictorial words in class II SD El Fitra. The results of this quasi-experimental research design, research data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and tests (pretest-posttest). can be continued by using Parametric Statistics (Paired sample t test and Independent sample t test) to find out the difference in the average of two paired samples. The results of the study can be said to be able to improve the ability to write student descriptions, with a population of 78 and a research sample of 52 students, it shows that the pre-test results of the previous experimental class obtained an average of 60, then after the treatment with the IKB model, the post-test results of the experimental class with an average of 82 , 77. The results of the interpretation of the paired sample t test obtained a sig (2 tailed) value of 0.00<0.05. It can be concluded that there is a difference in the average increase in the ability to write descriptions of students who use the conventional model with the pictorial word inductive model.
