Abstract
Radikalisme di Indonesia saat ini sangat mengkhawatirkan, sehingga meniscayakan sebuah upaya prefentive yang tepat dari pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, penting mengeksplorisasi langkah-langkah pemerintah dalam mencegah masuknya paham radikalisme dalam sistem pembelajaran melalui kurikulum sebagai kebijakan pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk menganalisis karakteristik kurikulum dalam menangkal paham radikalisme, menganalisis kerangka dasar kurikulum dalam menangkal paham radikalisme, menganalisis struktur kurikulum dalam menangkal paham radikalisme, dan menganalisis kompetensi lulusan kurikulum dalam menangkal paham radikalisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Analsis isi menggunakan tipe terarah yang langkah-langkahnya mencangkup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan analisis data. Pada tahap perencanaan penulis menetapkan dokumen kebijakan Permendikbud No. 69 tahun 2013, pada tahap pelaksanaan penulis membuat matriks lalu dikategorisasikan, pada tahap analisis data penulis menganalisis nilai-nilai dari kurikulum lalu mengaitkan dengan isu radikalisme saat ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dalam karakteristik kurikulum terdapat kategori sikap sosial, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan tiga nilai. Kerangka dasar kurikulum terdapat kategori sikap sosial, pengetahuan, performance characters, dan 9 nilai. Struktur kurikulum terdapat kategori sikap sosial, pengetahuan, performance characters, dan 20 nilai. Kompetensi lulusan kurikulum terdapat kategori sikap spiritual, sikap sosial, keterampilan, performance characters, dan 47 nilai. Penulis merekomendasikan kepada pemerintah khususnya pendidikan dan kebudayaan agar terus mengembangkan nilai-nilai dari kategori-kategori yang terdapat dalam kurikulum 2013. Radicalism in Indonesia is currently very worrying, so it necessitates an appropriate preventive effort from the government. Therefore, it is important to explore the government's steps in preventing the entry of radicalism in the learning system through the curriculum as a government policy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the curriculum in counteracting radicalism, analyzing the basic framework of the curriculum in countering radicalism, analyzing the structure of the curriculum in countering radicalism, and analyzing the competency of curriculum graduates in countering radicalism. This study uses a qualitative approach to the content analysis method. Content analysis uses a directed type whose steps include planning, implementation, and data analysis. At the planning stage the author determines the policy document Permendikbud No. 69 of 2013, at the implementation stage the writer made a matrix and then categorized it, at the data analysis stage the writer analyzed the values of the curriculum and then related it to the current issue of radicalism. The results of the study found that in the characteristics of the curriculum there are categories of social attitudes, knowledge, skills and three values. The basic framework of the curriculum contains categories of social attitudes, knowledge, performance characters, and 9 values. The curriculum structure includes categories of social attitudes, knowledge, performance characters, and 20 values. The competencies of curriculum graduates are in the categories of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, skills, performance characters, and 47 values. The author recommends that the government, especially education and culture, continue to develop values from the categories contained in the 2013 curriculum.
