Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) merupakan upaya dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Namun, penerapan pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis HOTS di SMA Negeri 11 Bandung belum merata di seluruh kelas. Soal tes berbasis HOTS yang diberikan hanya sebanyak 50%. Peneliti bermaksud melakukan penelitian terhadap evaluasi akhir pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis HOTS dengan tujuan: (a) mengetahui perencanaan evaluasi akhir pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis HOTS, (b) mengetahui pelaksanaan evaluasi akhir pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis HOTS, (c) dan membuat kerangka evaluasi berbasis HOTS pada level SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah deskriptif evaluatif dengan desain content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan evaluasi akhir pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dibuat guru sesuai dengan silabus, RPP, dan perencanaan evaluasi berbasis HOTS. Dari sembilan tahapan perencanaan evaluasi, tujuh tahapan dilakukan oleh guru dan dua tahapan tidak dilakukan oleh guru. Hasil telaah soal tes bahasa Arab belum memenuhi kriteria soal HOTS. Dari 28 soal tes, hanya ada satu soal yang memenuhi kriteria HOTS pada level C4 yakni analisis saja. Tidak ada soal pada level C5 dan C6 yaitu evaluasi dan cipta. Pelaksanaan evaluasi akhir dilakukan secara daring menggunakan platform EduBox. Peneliti membuat kerangka evaluasi akhir berbasis HOTS dengan lima contoh soal pilihan ganda dan lima soal uraian untuk melengkapi atau memperbaiki soal-soal sebelumnya. Dengan demikian, guru tersebut perlu lebih memahami tahapan-tahapan perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Untuk itu, perlu diadakan in house training bagi guru-guru bahasa Arab mengenai pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. However, the implementation of HOTS-based Arabic learning at SMA Negeri 11 Bandung has not been evenly distributed in all classes. Only 50% of the HOTS-based test questions are given. The researcher intends to conduct research on the final evaluation of HOTS-based Arabic learning with the aim of: (a) knowing the planning for the final evaluation of HOTS-based Arabic learning, (b) knowing the implementation of the final evaluation of HOTS-based Arabic learning, (c) and making a HOTS-based evaluation framework at the high school level. The method used in this research is descriptive evaluative with content analysis design. The results showed that the planning for the final evaluation of Arabic learning made by the teacher was in accordance with the syllabus, lesson plans, and HOTS-based evaluation planning. Of the nine stages of evaluation planning, seven stages are carried out by the teacher and two stages are not carried out by the teacher. The results of the study of the Arabic test questions do not meet the criteria for the HOTS questions. Of the 28 test questions, there is only one question that meets the HOTS criteria at the C4 level, namely analysis. There are no questions at levels C5 and C6, namely evaluation and creation. The final evaluation is carried out online using the EduBox platform. The researcher made a HOTS-based final evaluation framework with five examples of multiple choice questions and five description questions to complete or improve the previous questions. Thus, the teacher needs to better understand the stages of HOTS-based learning planning. For this reason, it is necessary to hold in-house training for Arabic language teachers regarding HOTS-based learning. Keywords: Final Evaluation, Arabic, HOTS
