Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena pada saat proses belajar mengajar berlangsung kebanyakan siswa lebih pasif, enggan, takut atau malu untuk mengemukakan pendapatnya dan masih ditemukan siswa yang memiliki nilai di bawah rata-rata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari gaya belajar visual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran korespondensi kelas X OTKP SMK BPI Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey explanatory secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil regregi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar visual memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 53,1%. This research is motivated because during the teaching and learning process most students are more passive, reluctant, afraid or embarrassed to express their opinions and there are still students who have scores below the average. This study aims to analyze the effect of visual learning styles on student learning outcomes in correspondence subjects for class X OTKP SMK BPI Bandung. The research method used is a descriptive and inferential explanatory survey. The results of the simple regression showed that the visual learning style had a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination of 53.1%.
