Abstract
The initial of research in the implementation of curricullum of SMK term 2004 which focus to mastery learning and individual learning concepts. One of the learning process which describes the mastery learning and individual Icarning is modul learning. In that proccess, modul learning does not exsists yet in some of SMK, including at diklat program application setting system in refrigeration system in SMKN 1 Cimahi. That learning still used the classical which is not describes of mastery learning and individual learning. If that problem was not solves, so it will effect to students low achievement. So this research will tes the application of modul learning and how the effectivity of modul learning at diklat program application setting system in refrigeration system. The research method used was guasi experiment method. The Participants of this research are second degree of SMKN 1 Cimahi in academic year 2006/2007. It is contain of two classes. First, experiment class which used the modul learning and the second is control class which used the classical learning. The data collect tools consist of multiple choises test in cognitif aspect and students assessment sheets in psikomotor aspect. The data analysis used in statistic test consist of homogenity test, normality test and hipotesis test. The result of research show that the participants achievement from pre test and post test in experiment class are increase with average scores 39,42 for cognitif aspect dan 50,52 for psikomotor aspect. While in control class the average score is 27,92 for cognitif aspect and 35,69 for psikomotor aspect. That result show the differences between experiment class and control class for cognitif and psikomotor aspect. In experiment class with using the modul learning can attain the graduate gualification 62,1% for cognitif aspect end 93,1% for psikomotor aspect. While for control class attain the graduated gualification 20,7% for cognitif aspect and 31,1% for psikomotor aspect. From the result concluded that the effectivity of application modul learning application at diklat program application setting system in refrigeration system higher than classical learning.
