Abstract

Pembelajaran IPS mengenai materi kegiatan ekonomi penting untuk disampaikan kepada siswa, namun berdasarkan kondisi di lapangan media pembelajaran mengenai materi kegiatan ekonomi kurang bervariasi dan teknologi digital dalam kegiatan pembelajaran kurang dimanfaatkan yang menyebabkan siswa tidak tertarik dalam mempelajarai materi kegiatan ekonomi, hal tersebut menjadi menjadi dasar dari penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui rancangan media digital cerita bergambar konsep kegiatan ekonomi pada pembelajaran IPS di SD, mengetahui hasil uji kelayakan media digital cerita bergambar konsep kegiatan ekonomi pada pembelajaran IPS di SD, dan mengetahui respon guru dan peserta didik terhadap media digital cerita bergambar konsep kegiatan ekonomi pada pembelajaran IPS di SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian design and development dengan menggunakan prosedur ADDIE: (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk media digital cerita bergambar yang berbasis filp book dan aplikasi. Uji kelayakan media digital cerita bergambar dilakukan melalui proses validasi dari ahli materi IPS, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Hasil penilaian media digital cerita bergambar segi materi IPS yaitu 75,00% berada pada kategori “Layak”, dari segi media 97,22% berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak”, serta dari segi bahasa 91,66% berada pada kategori “Sangat Layak”. Respon pengguna yaitu guru dan siswa sangat baik, hasil respon pengguna berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut media digital cerita bergambar konsep kegiatan ekonomi untuk kelas IV SD sangat layak digunakan pada pembelajaran IPS di SD yang dapat diakses secara fleksibel melalui smartphone android. ----- Social studies learning for economic activity material is important to conveyed to students, but based on conditions in the field, learning media regarding economic material is less varied and digital technology in learning activities is underutilized which causes students not to be interested in studying economic activity material, this is what this research says. The purpose of this study was to determine the design of digital media for illustrated stories of the concept of economic activity in social studies learning in elementary school, find out the results of the feasibility test, and the response of teachers and students to the digital media with illustrated stories of economic activities in social sciences learning at elementary school. This research is a design and development research using the ADDIE procedure: (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in designing the media. This research produces a digital media product with illustrated stories using the filp book application. The feasibility test for digital media with illustrated stories was carried out through a validation process by social sciences material experts, media experts, and linguists. The results have shown that the digital media with illustrated stories in terms of social sciences material 75,00% got the "Eligible" category, for the media 97,22% it got the "Very Eligible" category, and in terms of language 91,66% got the "Very Eligible" category. The results of the responses from teachers and students as users are very good, the responses are in the "Very Good" category. Based on these results, digital media illustrated stories of the concept of economic activity for grade IV elementary school are very eligible for use in social studies learning in elementary schools which can be accessed flexibly via android smartphones.
