Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan Administrasi Lembaga Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Polri Bandung”. Pusdikmin mendukung peningkatan kerja dan sudah diatur dari ketentuan pimpinan atas. Hubungan antar rekan kerja di Pusdikmin juga terjalin sangat baik, karena jika tidak baik seluruh kegiatan tugas tidak terlaksanakan dengan optimal. Untuk kerjasama antar atasan dan bawahan di Pusdikmin sudah diatur oleh ketentuan kehidupan para pegawai dan tentang aturan-aturan disiplin dalam berperilaku dan juga etos kerja, sehingga sangat terukur setiap waktunya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui iklim organisasi di Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri Bandung, untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai di Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri Bandung dan mengetahui pengaruh antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja pegawai di Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri Bandung. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen angket dengan responden sebanyak 55 orang. Analisis perhitungan ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2016. Hasil uji korelasi variabel X dan Y adalah sebesar 0,719 yang menunjukkan bahwa korelasi pada kategori kuat (tinggi), dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,7%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pimpinan harus lebih meningkatkan dan memerhatikan hubungan antar atasan dan bawahan agar para pegawai merasa nyaman saat berdiskusi dan memberikan solusi jika ada pegawai yang memiliki masalah dengan pekerjaan. Pusdikmin supports the improvement of work and has been regulated from the provisions of the upper leadership. The relationship between colleagues at Pusdikmin is also very good, because if it is not good, all task activities are not carried out optimally. For cooperation between superiors and subordinates at pusdikmin has been regulated by the provisions of life of employees and about the rules of discipline in behavior and also work ethic, so that it is very measurable every time. The purpose of this study is to determine the organizational climate at the Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri Bandung, to find out the performance of employees at the Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri Bandung and find out the influence between the organizational climate and the performance of employees at the Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri Bandung. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out with a questionnaire instrument with 55 respondents. Analyze these calculations using the help of the microsoft excel 2016 program. The correlation test results of variables X and Y were 0.719 which showed that the correlation in the category was strong (high), with a coefficient of determination of 51.7%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence of the organizational climate on the performance of employees at the Pusdikmin Lemdiklat Polri. The recommendation from this study is that leaders must further improve and pay attention to the relationship between superiors and subordinates so that employees feel comfortable when discussing and providing solutions if there are employees who have problems with work.
