Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui kelayakan dari pengembangan job sheet bilingual berbasis SKKNI sebagai pedoman praktikum pembuatan soft cookies pada mata pelajaran Dasar Proses Pengolahan Hasil Peratian (DPPHP), 2) mengetahui hasil belajar aspek psikomotorik peserta didik setelah menerapkan job sheet bilingual berbasis SKKNI pada kegiatan praktikum pembuatan soft cookies, dan 3) mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap praktikum dengan job sheet bilingual. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri atas pengembangan media pembelajaran job sheet bilingual dan penerapan media pembelajaran job sheet bilingual saat praktikum. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) pada pengembangan media pembelajaran job sheet dan menggunakan jenis penelitian pre-experimental design dengan menggunakan metode one shot case study pada penerapan media pembelajaran job sheet. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas X APHP SMKN PP Lembang sebanyak 34 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, job sheet bilingual dinilai “Sangat Baik” dan dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” digunakan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli Bahasa Indonesia, ahli Bahasa Inggris dan peserta didik. Kemudian hasil belajar psikomotorik peserta didik pada praktikum menggunakan job sheet bilingual dihasilkan “Sangat Baik” dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 95. Peserta didik juga memberikan respon positif terhadap praktikum menggunakan job sheet bilingual. Peserta didik merasa bahwa pembelajaran praktikum dengan menggunakan job sheet bilingual menarik, nyaman, mudah digunakan, mudah dipahami, dapat menambah ilmu baru, dapat menambah kemampuan Bahasa Inggris, serta membuat pembelajaran praktikum lebih tertantang. Peserta didik juga merasakan adanya manfaat setelah pembelajaran praktikum dengan bilingual dan 94,1% besar peserta didik lebih meminati pembelajaran praktikum dengan bilingual dibandingkan praktikum biasa seperti sebelumnya. Media pembelajaran job sheet bilingual berbasis SKKNI sebagai bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dua bahasa yaitu Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris dan sebagai sebagai pedoman praktikum pembuatan soft cookies. Kata Kunci: Bilingual, Job Sheet, Praktikum, SKKNI, Soft Cookies The purposes of this study were to: 1) determine the feasibility of developing bilingual job sheet based on SKKNI as a practicum guides of making soft cookies on Basic Process of Processing of Agricultural Products (DPPHP) subjects, 2) determine learning outcomes aspects psychomotor skills of students after applying bilingual job sheet based on SKKNI of soft cookies practicum, and 3) determine the students response to the practicum with bilingual job sheet. The stages of this research consist of developing learning media of bilingual job sheet and applying bilingual job sheet during practicum. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model on developing learning media of job sheet and uses a pre-experimental design with one shot case study method on the application of the learning media job sheet. The sample used in this study were students of class X APHP SMKN PP Lembang were 34 students. Based on the results of the study, the bilingual job sheet was rated "Very Good" and declared "Very Appropriate" for use by material expert, media expert, Indonesian expert, English expert and students. Then the psychomotor learning outcomes of students in practicum using a job sheet is "Very Good" with an average score out of 95. Students also gave a positive response to the practicum using a bilingual job sheet. Students feel that the practicum using bilingual job sheets are interesting, comfortable, easy to use, easy to understand, can add new knowledge, can increase English language skills, and make practicum learning more challenging. Students also feel the benefits after learning practicum with bilingual and 94,1% students are more interested in practicum learning with bilingual than the usual practicum as before. Learning media job sheet based on SKKNI as teaching materials that can be used by students in improving the ability of two languages, Indonesian and English and as a practical guide for making soft cookies.
