Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh teknologi yang mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, sehingga anak dapat mempelajari segala hal melalui gawai. Gawai menyajikan aplikasi yang dapat diunduh dan digunakan oleh anak seperti youtube yang didalam nya terdapat banyak konten, salah satunya serial animasi anak. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap serial animasi terkait beberapa aspek perkembangan salah satunya aspek sosial emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serial animasi terkait indikator pencaapaian perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun yang terdapat dalam Permendikbud no 146 tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis konten dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan objek penelitian video serial animasi ini budi periode 16 april sampai 16 juli 2021. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi berupa screenshot atau foto serta teks percakapan, dan teknis analisis data menggunakan skema analisis konten menurut Krippendorff. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dalam serial animasi Ini Budi terdapat beberapa indikator pencapaian perkembangan aspek sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun, sehingga serial animasi Ini Budi dapat dijadikan salah satu media untuk mengembangkan aspek perkembangan sosial emosional. ----- This research was motivated by the rapid development of technology that enables children to learn everything through their gadgets. Gadgets present applications that can be downloaded and used by children such as YouTube which contains a lot of videos, one of which is animated series for children. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research on animated series related to several aspects of development, one of which is the social emotional aspect. This study aimed at analyzing the animated series 'Ini Budi' related to the indicators of child's achievement on social emotional development as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 146 of 2014. This study used content analysis methods and qualitative approaches. The object of this research was the animated series 'Ini Budi' videos which were observed from April 16 to 16 July 2021. The data collection technique used in this researh was the documentation studies in the form of screenshots or photos as well as conversational texts. The technical data analysis used was the content analysis scheme according to Krippendorff. The results of the analysis showed that 'Ini Budi' animated series contained several indicators of achievement of the development of social emotional aspects of children aged 5-6 years, so that the animated series Ini Budi can be used as a medium to develop aspects of social emotional development.
