Abstract
Standar nilai pendidikan yang ditetapkan pemerintah bertujuan agar menstimulus setiap sekolah untuk terus meningkatkan prestasi peserta didiknya. Dalam proses pendidikan, guru memegang peran penting, wajib memiliki kualifikas akademik, kompetensi, sertifikat pendidik, sehat jasmani dan rohani. Menurut Suharsimi Arikunto dalam bukunya Organisasi dan Administrasi (1993) "Sarana pendidikan adalah semua fasilitas yang diperlukan dalam proses belajar-mengajar, baik yang bergerak maupun yang tidak bergerak agar pencapaian tujuan pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan lancar, teratur, efektif, efisien". Permasalahan yang diteliti ialah “apakah sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran dan kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh terhadap nilai kelulusan Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Darangdan?” Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran dan kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap nilai kelulusan Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Darangdan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 35 Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang tersebar di wilayah kecamatan Darangdan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh terhadap nilai lulusan secara signifikan sebesar 17,5% dan kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh terhadap nilai lulusan secara signifikan sebesar 24,9%. Sedangkan secara simultan, sarana dan prasarana dan kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai sebesar 17,7%. Kata kunci: Sarana prasarana, kompetensi pedagogik, nilai kelulusan. The educational value set by the government aims to stimulate every school to continue to improve the achievement of its students. In the education process, teachers play an important role, they are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy. According to Arikunto (1993) "Educational facilities are all the facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively, efficiently". The problem is "does the learning facilities and teacher pedagogic competence affect the passing grade of State Primary Schools in Darangdan?" The purpose was to determine the influence of learning facilities and teacher pedagogic competence had on the passing grade. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire instrument. The population of this research is 35 elementary schools spread across the Darangdan Purwakarta. The results of this research indicate that facilities and infrastructure influence the value of graduates significantly by 17,5% and pedagogic competence affects by 24.9%. Meanwhile, simultaneously effect with a value of 17.7%. The availability of facilities and infrastructure is one of the success factors for students in gaining knowledge and producing excellent grades. Pedagogic competence is also important because it is felt directly by students when learning is carried out. Keywords: Facilities and infrastructure, pedagogic competence, graduate value.
