Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh situasi kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengenai materi karakteristik geografis Indonesia serta kurangnya kesadaran lingkungan pada diri siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis mengenai upaya pemecahan permasalahan diatas dengan pengembangan bahan ajar materi karakteristik geografis Indonesia untuk meningkatkan ecoliteracy pada siswa kelas V. Bahan ajar merupakan bahan yang digunakan oleh guru dan siswa untuk mempermudah kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design and Development (D&D). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN S Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan subjek penelitian, Dosen ahli Materi, 1 Dosen ahli desain serta 1 Guru Sekolah Dasar kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa tes kepada siswa kelas V dan wawancara kepada wali kelas V serta penyebaran angket validasi bahan ajar yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti kepada para Dosen ahli serta Guru Sekolah Dasar. Data yang telah terkumpul melalui penyebaran angket kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Skala Likert. Pada penelitian ini diketahui hasil tes siswa masih rendah. Bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar karakteristik geografis Indonesia dengan hasil uji coba produk yang termasuk dalam kategori interpretasi Sangat Baik sehingga layak untuk dipergunakan. This study aims to provide practical solutions regarding the efforts to solve the above problems by developing teaching materials for the geographical characteristics of Indonesia to increase ecoliteracy in fifth grade students. Teaching materials are materials used by teachers and students to facilitate learning activities. This research uses the method Design and Development (D&D). This research was conducted at SDN S Tasikmalaya Regency with research subjects, material expert lecturers, 1 design expert lecturer and 1 fifth grade elementary school teacher. Data collection techniques were carried out in the form of tests to fifth grade students and interviews with fifth grade homeroom teachers as well as distributing material validation questionnaires. teaching developed by researchers to expert lecturers and elementary school teachers. The data that has been collected through the distribution of questionnaires is then analyzed using a Likert Scale. In this study, it is known that student test results are still low. The teaching materials that have been developed by the researchers produce a product in the the geographical characteristics of Indonesia book with the results of product trials that are included in the category of Very Good interpretation so that it is feasible to use
