Abstract
The background of this research is the LKPD used does not meet the standard requirements of a good LKPD, thus causing low student learning outcomes in terms of understanding the material rights and obligations. This study aims to developed student worksheets on problem based learning models to improve student learning outcomes on the subject of rights and obligations. This research method used the Design and Development (D&D). Methods of collecting data using observations of LKPD, interviews with grade IV teachers, validation questionnaires to see the feasibility of LKPD against material experts, design experts, and teachers, as well as test instruments to measure the improvement of student learning outcomes. The LKPD product had been developed and was tested on 6 fourth grade students in an elementary school in Bandung, West Java. The results of the feasibility test by experts showed that the LKPD based on the problem based learning model was very suitable to used for fourth grade elementary school students. An accordance with the percentage obtained, which is 92% in the "very feasible" category. Based on the results of a limited trial, the mean results of the pretest were 68, 33 and the posttest were 86,6 After being tested using the Wilcoxon test, Asymp was obtained. sig. (2-tailed) of 0.034 <0.05, then there is a difference in the mean between the results of the pretest and posttest. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in the material of Rights and Obligations with the LKPD that has been developed.
