Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran serta informasi mengenai implementasi program diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar dalam jaringan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik PAUD melalui permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sempel yang digunakan adalah Teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 78 orang yang terdiri dari 74 peserta diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar daring tahun 2019 di PP-PAUD dan Dikmas Jawa barat satu orang pengelola diklat dan tiga orang mentor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan: 1) implementasi program diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar dalam jaringan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik PAUD di PP-PAUD dan Dikmas jawa barat pada aspek perencanaan dimulai dengan mengecek data di Dapodik, kemudian menghimpun data dari Ormit dan meneyebarkan instrumen indentifikasi kebutuhan; 2) implementasi program diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar dalam jaringan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik PAUD pada aspek pelaksanaan dilaksanakan melalui tatap muka dengan Video conference dan Tutorial yang di bentuk dalam WA Group dalam waktu 258 jam selama tiga bulan; 3) implementasi program diklat berjenjang tingkat dasar dalam jaringan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik PAUD di PP-PAUD dan Dikmas Jawa Barat pada aspek evaluasi program dilakukan berdasarkan indikator keberhasilan implementasi diklat dengan melihat perbandingan jumlah total ketuntasan peserta di akhir diklat dengan jumlah alumni yang dinyatakan kompeten; 4) faktor pendukung yang ditemukan dalam penelitian yaitu, jaringan internet serta fasilitas media elektronik yang memadai. Faktor penghambat, yaitu tidak stabilnya jaringan di daerah-daerah tertentu, lingkungan yang tidak kondusif belum mahir dalam teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, dan tidak fokus. This study aims to obtain an overview and information regarding the implementation of the basic level tiered training program in the network to improve the competence of PAUD educators through the problems that have been formulated. This research is a descriptive survey research with a quantitative approach. The research instrument used a questionnaire and interview guidelines. The sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling Technique with a sample of 78 people consisting of 74 online basic level education and training participants in 2019 at PP-PAUD and West Java Dikmas, one training manager and three mentors. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded: 1) the implementation of the basic level tiered training program in the network to improve the competence of PAUD educators in PP-PAUD and Dikmas West Java in the planning aspect starting with checking the data in Dapodik, then collecting data from Ormit and spreading it. needs identification instrument; 2) the implementation of the basic level tiered training program in the network to improve the competence of PAUD educators in the implementation aspect is carried out face-to-face with video conferences and tutorials formed in the WA Group within 258 hours for three months; 3) the implementation of the basic level tiered training program in the network to improve the competence of PAUD educators in PP-PAUD and West Java Dikmas in the aspect of program evaluation is carried out based on indicators of successful implementation of the training by looking at the comparison of the total number of complete participants at the end of the training with the number of alumni who are declared competent; 4) the supporting factors found in the research are internet network and adequate electronic media facilities. Inhibiting factors, namely unstable network in certain areas, unfavorable environment, not yet proficient in information and communication technology, and not focused.
