Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh coping stress pada siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi tingkat SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Systematic Literature Review. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa artikel jurnal ilmiah dengan rentang waktu 10 tahun. Pencarian artikel ilmiah tersebut bersumber dari beberapa penerbit artikel ilmiah internasional seperti Sage Publication, Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, Routledge dan artikel ilmiah nasional berasal dari Google Scholar maupun pencarian di laman website google. Dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan 23 jurnal yang relevan dan dinilai telah memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini, setelah dilakukannya proses screening. Temuan dari setiap jurnal yang dianalisis yaitu bahwa saat siswa mengalami stress akademik yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya tugas, bahasan yang cukup banyak dan cukup sulit ataupun adanya masalah personal, siswa dapat menerapkan strategi coping stress pada Problem Focused Coping (penanggulangan stress berfokus pada masalah) maupun Emotion Focused Coping (penanggulangan stres berfokus pada emosi) yang dapat mengurangi stress tersebut, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of stress coping on students on student learning outcomes in high school level economics subjects. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review method. This study uses several scientific journal articles with a span of 10 years. The search for scientific articles was sourced from several international scientific article publishers such as Sage Publication, Elsevier, Springer, Emerald, Routledge and national scientific articles from Google Scholar as well as searches on the google website page. In this study, 23 journals were relevant and were considered to have met the criteria in this study, after the screening process was carried out. The findings from each of the journals analyzed were that when students experienced academic stress caused by a lot of assignments, quite a lot of discussion and quite difficult or personal problems, students could apply stress coping strategies in Problem Focused Coping (stress management focuses on problems) and Emotion. Focused coping (stress management focuses on emotions) which can reduce stress, so that it can improve student learning outcomes.
