Abstract

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, motivasi belajar memiliki perananan yang sangat penting dalam tercapainya suatu tujuan pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa SMA dalam pembelajaran daring PAI selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan menggunakan teori motivasi arcs (attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction) yang dikemukakan oleh Keller. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survey yang mana dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket secara daring melalui google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dari 140 populasi menjadi 100 sampel, yang terdiri dari 45 sampel laki-laki dan 55 sampel perempuan dengan rentang usia 15-18 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa tergolong tinggi. Hal ini terbukti dengan persentase tingkat motivasi belajar siswa pada kategori sangat tinggi mencapai 8%, kategori tinggi mencapai 89%, kategori sedang mencapai 3% dan 0% pada kategori rendah atau sangat rendah. Dimana persentase pada dimensi perhatian sebesar 72,85%, dimensi relevansi sebesar 70,28%, dimensi percaya diri sebesar 76,12%, dan dimensi kepuasan sebesar 71,39 %. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi evaluasi berbagai pihak dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran daring di sekolah terutama yang melibatkan motivasi didalamnya, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan kajian bagi peneliti lain dalam menganalisis dan mengembangkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Pembelajaran Daring, Corona Virus Disease-19. During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning motivation has a very important role in achieving a learning goal. The focus of this study aims to determine the level of learning motivation that high school students have in online Islamic education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic using the arcs motivation theory (attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction) put forward by Keller. The sampling technique used probability sampling from 140 populations to 100 samples, consisting of 45 samples of men and 55 samples of women aged 15-18 years. The results showed that the students' learning motivation was high. This is proven by the percentage of students' motivation level in the very high category reaching 8%, the high category reaching 89%, the moderate category reaching 3% and 0% in the low or very low category. Where the percentage of the attention dimension is 72.85%, the relevance dimension is 70.28%, the confidence dimension is 76.12%, and the satisfaction dimension is 71.39%. This research is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in organizing online learning in schools, especially those involving motivation in it, this research is also expected to be research material for other researchers in analyzing and developing student learning motivation in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
