Abstract

As participants were three mothers who have early childhood aged 5-6 years, which shows indications of changes in behavior due to the corona virus pandemic. The data was collected using semi-structured interview techniques and the triangulation process through several detailed and in-depth interviews with participants. The results showed that the three identified early childhood showed characteristics of stressful behavior, namely anxiety and restlessness, pacing, moody, tapping and pencil biting, scribbling, nail biting, finger chewing, and hair play. Meanwhile, the impact of stressful behavior causes children to become spoiled, passive, sensitive, irritable, cry easily, experience nightmares / delirium, and complain of stomach pain. Some parents tend to allow unusual changes in children's behavior, if they feel they do not interfere with their learning activities, intervene directly to overcome the child's difficulties, show concern by softly speaking to calm and persuade a moody child, condition the child to understand their duties and responsibilities, admonish and reminds the child.
