Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang menjadi perhatian global yang harus ditanggulangi, setelah memberikan banyak dampak negatif pada setiap aspek peran yang terlibat dalam tindakannya. Salah satu upaya menanggulangi perilaku bullying siswa melalui teknik sosiodrama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik sosiodrama untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode preeksperimen desain one group pre-test post-test. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perilaku bullying siswa kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 1 Kalijati Subang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan sebagian siswa yang berada pada kategori tinggi pada peran pelaku, korban dan penonton bullying yang berjumlah 39 siswa. Pengumpulan data mengunakan instrumen perilaku bullying. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Sample Paired t- Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) profil perilaku bullying siswa pada peran pelaku, korban dan penonton ada pada kategori sedang; 2) program bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik sosiodrama dikembangkan dengan komponen yang terdiri dari: rasional, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan, asumsi dasar, mekanisme pelaksanaan intervensi, rencana operasional (action plan), kompetensi konselor, evaluasi dan SKLBK; 3) secara keseluruhan program bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik sosiodrama signifikan efektif untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa peran pelaku, dan cukup efektif bagi peran korban dan penonton bullying. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu melakukan penelitian pada siswa yang berada pada jenjang pendidikan SD dan SMP dan perilaku bullying dilihat dari aspek perbedaan etnis dan pola asuh orang tua.; Bullying has become one of the problems of global concern that must be addressed, after having had many negative impacts on every aspect of the role involved in its actions. One of the efforts to overcome bullying behaviors in students is using sociodrama techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group guidance through sociodrama techniques to reduce bullying behaviors in students. The research approach used is quantitative with the pre-experimental method one group pretest pottest design. The study population were all students of class X and XI of SMA Negeri 1 Kalijati Subang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the sample in this study were some students who were in the high category in the roles of bullies, victims and bystanders of bullying, amounting to 39 students. Data was collected using bullying behavior instruments. The data analysis technique used was the Sample Paired t-Test. The results showed that: 1) the profile bullying behaviors in students in the role of bullies,, victims and bystanders were in the medium category; 2) a group guidance program through sociodrama techniques was developed with components consisting of rationales, descriptions of needs, objectives, basic assumptions, mechanisms for implementing intervention, operational plans (action plans), competence of counselors, evaluation and Counseling Guidance Service Activity Unit; 3) Overall, the group guidance program through sociodrama techniques was significantly effective in reducing student bullying behavior of bullies, and quite effective for the roles of victims and bystander of bullying. It is recommended that further research should be conducted on students who are at the elementary and junior high school education levels and bullying behaviors should be seen from the aspect of ethnic differences and parenting styles.
