Abstract

Motivasi belajar adalah daya penggerak dalam diri yang mendorong peserta didik untuk menguasai pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam kegiatan belajar sehingga tujuan yang dikehendaki tecapai. Kondisi pendidikan menunjukkan semakin banyak tantangan-tantangan yang harus dihadapi untuk tercapai tujuan pendidikan. Realita lapangan menunjukkan peserta didik tidak memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi, peserta didik tidak memiliki motivasi yang kuat untuk belajar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar peserta didik, dan merumuskan program bimbingan belajar berdasarkan profil motivasi belajar yang layak diterapkan di SMA Negeri 1 Panawangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh, penelitian dilakukan terhadap 165 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Panawangan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket instrumen motivasi belajar dalam bentuk google formulir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara umum motivasi belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, namun masih terdapat peserta didik yang berada pada kategori rendah. Hasil Penelitian terumuskan program hipotetik bimbingan belajar yang layak menurut ahli program dan praktisi di sekolah untuk mengembangkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Academic Guidance Program Based on Student Motivation Profile (Descriptive Study at SMA Negeri 1 Panawangan Academic Year 2020/2021) Student motivation is the inner driving force that encourages students to master knowledge and skills in academic activities so that the desired purposes are achieved. If looking at the current state of education, there are more challenges to face to meet the academic purposes. The field reality shows that students do not have a high willingness to learn, which shows that students do not have a strong motivation to learn. This research aims to identify the narrative of students’ motivation, and formulating the academic guidance program based on student’s motivation profile that feasible to be applied in SMA Negeri 1 Panawangan. This research uses the quantitative approach with descriptive method; the sampling uses the non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, the research conducted on 165 students of XI grade from SMA Negeri 1 Panawangan Academic Year 2020/2021. The data collection used a questionnaire for academic motivation instruments through google form. The result of the research showed that in general students’ academic motivation stands in the medium category, yet there are still several students in the low category. This research succeeded in formulating a hypothetical academic guidance program according to the program experts and practitioners in school to develop the students’ academic motivation.
