Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan bahwa masih jarang dilakukannya analisis soal pada buku teks matematika dan terjadinya kekurangan soal yang dapat melatih kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kognitif soal dan persentase soal kategori LOTS, MOTS dan HOTS dalam buku teks matematika kelas IV pada materi pecahan berdasarkan tingkat kognitif taksonomi bloom. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis dokumen/isi. Sumber data berasal dari tiga buku teks matematika kelas IV sekolah dasar yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan Balitbang Kemendikbud, PT Gelora Aksara Pratama, dan PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan pada buku Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan Balitbang Kemendikbud ditemukan soal C1 (0%), C2 (40%), C3 (50%), C4 (5%), C5 (0%) dan C6 (5%) sehingga persentase soal LOTS 0%, MOTS 90% dan HOTS 10%. Penerbit PT Gelora Aksara Pratama ditemukan soal C1 (4,35%), C2 (60,87%), C3 (26,08%), C4 (4,35%), C5 (0%) dan C6 (4,35%) sehingga persentase soal LOTS 4,35%, MOTS 86,95% dan HOTS 8,7%. Sedangkan pada buku PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri ditemukan soal C1 (2,9%), C2 (62,8%), C3 (34,3%), C4 (0%), C5 (0%) dan C6 (0%) sehingga persentase soal LOTS 2,9%, MOTS 97,1% dan HOTS 0%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kognitif soal pecahan yang mendominasi dalam ke tiga buku tersebut yaitu berada pada tingkat C2 (memahami) dan C3 (mengaplikasikan). -------- This study has problem background which there is uncommon analysis of the question on math book and there is deficiency of the question which could become exercise to develop student’s high order thinking skill. The purpose of this study is to find out the cognitive level of the question and the percentage of LOTS, MOTS and HOTS question category on fraction material based on cognitive level of taxonomy bloom. This study used qualitative reseach design with document/content analysis method. The data source is taken from three math text book of class IV elementary school published by Pusat Kurikulum and Perbukuan Balitbang Kemendikbud, PT Gelora Aksara Pratama, and PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri. Based on the reseach and the analysis that done on Pusat Kurikulum and Perbukuan Balitbang Kemendikbud book found C1 (0%), C2 (40%), C3 (50%), C4 (5%), C5 (0%) dan C6 (5%) showed question percentage LOTS 0%, MOTS 90% and HOTS 10%. Publisher PT Gelora Aksara Pratama book found C1 (4,35%), C2 (60,87%), C3 (26,08%), C4 (4,35%), C5 (0%) dan C6 (4,35%) showed question percentage LOTS 4,35%, MOTS 86,95% and HOTS 8,7%. Beside on PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri book found C1 (2,9%), C2 (62,8%), C3 (34,3%), C4 (0%), C5 (0%) dan C6 (0%) with the result that the percentage of question LOTS 2,9%, MOTS 97,1% dan HOTS 0%. The result showed cognitive level of fraction exercise question on these three books dominated on C2 (understanding) and C3 (applying).
