Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya hasil belajar siswa peserta didik kelas V dalam pelajaran IPS yang penulis temukan dilapagan. Hal tersebut akan berdampak pada semua materi IPS. Salah satu penyebab kurangnya hasil belajar itu dari faktor model pembelajaran. Faktor pembelajaran dan RPP merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik sehingga guru mampu menentukan model dan menyusun RPP sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa dan materi sehingga hasil belajar meningkat. Maka rumusannmasalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimana rancangan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dikelas V SD. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan pendahuluan , kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup pada pembelajaran berbasis model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dikelas V SD. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode delphi. Proses penelitian berlangsung dua siklus penyebaran instrumen rancangan penelitian kepadadua orang ahli pendidikan. Teknik yang digunakan kuesoner dan studi literatur. Adapun instrument yang digunakan yaitu berupa lembar penelitian rancnagan pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS. Hasil dari penilaian instrument kedua ahli adalah rancangan kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup pembelajaran berbasis model Contextual Teaching and Learning untk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di kelas V SD. Kata kunci : Rancangan Pembelajaran, metode delphi, pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning, hasil belajar IPS This research was motivated by the lack of learning outcomes of the fifth grade students in social studies which were found in the field. This will have an impact on all IPS materials. One of the causes of the lack of learning outcomes is the learning model factor. The learning model and lesson plans are the main factors that affect the learning outcomes of students so that teachers are able to determine models and compile lesson plans according to student characteristics and material so that learning outcomes increase. So the formulation of the problems in this research is how to design a Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model to improve social studies learning outcomes in class V. The research objectives to be achieved in this study are: To describe preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities in learning based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model to improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade elementary school students. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with the method used in this research is the Delphi method. The research process lasted for two cycles with the distribution of research design instruments to two education experts. The techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The instrument used was a learning design research sheet with a Contextual Teaching and Learning model to improve learning outcomes in social studies subjects. The results of the assessment of the instruments of the two experts were the design of preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning model to improve social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade elementary school students.
