Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa yang masih rendah. Salah satu alternatif pendekatan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa adalah pendekatan Realistic Mathematic Education (RME). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain rancangan pembelajaran berdasarkan pendekatan Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah pakar yang kompeten di bidang rancangan pembelajaran dan pakar yang kompeten di bidang matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode delphi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa rancangan pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. This research based on students' low mathematical connection ability. One of the alternative approach that can improve students' mathematical connection skills is Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) approach. The purpose of this research is to design a learning design based on the approach of Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) as an effort to improve students' mathematical connection skills. Participants in this research are experts who are competent in learning design and competent in mathematics. The research method used in this research is the Delphi method. Data collection technique in this research are form of observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research used a qualitative data analysis. The results of this research is form of a learning design based on the approach of Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) to improve mathematical connection ability of third grade elementary school students.
