Abstract
KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU ANAK GIFTED (Studi Kasus di Cugenang Gifted School Tingkat Sekolah Dasar) ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan program pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru anak gifted. Rumusan diperoleh berdasarkan profil kompetensi pedagogik dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kompetensi pedagogik di Cugenang Gifted School Tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif (qualitative Research). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru kelas tingkat sekolah dasar. Dalam penelitian kualitatif instrumen utama penelitian adalah peneliti itu sendiri, teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran tidak disiapkan oleh guru, pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru anak gifted belum merata dalam pengembangan potensi anak gifted, tidak melakukan tes di akhir pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaannya ditemukan beberapa kendala yang timbul baik dari intern dan ekstern. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan tersebut peneliti merumuskan program pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru anak gifted yang diharapkan dapat digunakan di Cugenang Gifted School Tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Kata kunci: Anak Gifted, Kompetensi Pedagogik, kualitatif PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCE TEACHERS CHILDREN GIFTED (Case Study at Cugenang Gifted School Elementary School Level) ABSTRACT This study aims to formulate a gifted children's teacher pedagogic competency development program. The formulation was obtained based on the pedagogic competency profile and the obstacles faced in the implementation of pedagogic competence at the Cugenang Gifted School Elementary School Level. This study uses a qualitative approach (qualitative Research). The research method used is qualitative with case studies. The research subject is a classroom teacher at the elementary school level. In qualitative research, the main research instrument is the researcher himself, data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results showed that the learning planning was not prepared by the teacher, the implementation of gifted child-teacher learning has not been evenly distributed in the development of the potential of gifted children, did not take a test at the end of the lesson. In its implementation, several obstacles were found that arose from both internal and external. Based on these findings, the researcher formulated a pedagogic competency development program for gifted child teachers that are expected to be used in Cugenang Gifted School at the Elementary School Level.
