    Abstract

    Penelitian ini di lakukan di Arsip Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini tingkat kepuasan kerja. Apalagi di era pandemi covid-19, bagi setiap karyawan, melakukan pekerjaan di luar rumah merupakan aktivitas yang memiliki resiko terpapar virus lebih tinggi. Apabila tingkat kepuasan kerja terhadap organisasi rendah, maka dapat berakibat pada rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) gambaran tingkat komitmen organisasi, tingkat kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan arsip Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, (2) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di lembaga arsip Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (3) bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di lembaga arsip Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, dan (4) pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di lembaga arsip Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan metode explanatory survey. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran komitmen organisasi dalam kategori sangat tinggi, gambaran kepuasan kerja dalam kategori tinggi, dan gambaran kinerja karyawan Arsip Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja.
    This research was conducted at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The problem in this research is the level of employee job satisfaction. As we know that in COVID-19 outbreak, when every employee doing work outside the home is an activity that has a high risk of exposure to viruses. If the level of job satisfaction with the organization is low, therefore it can result in low employee performance. This study aims to obtain (1) a description of the level of organizational commitment, level of job satisfaction and employee performance of the archives of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, (2) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the archives of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (3) how the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in the archive of the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, and (4) the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia archives. This research used descriptive and verification data analysis techniques, with an explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with computer software tools SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the picture of organizational commitment in the category is very high, a picture of job satisfaction in the high category, and a picture of the performance of Archives of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia employees in the very high category. Employee performance is influenced by organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
