Abstract

Menulis dalam kehidupan manusia merupakan suatu kegiatan yang tentunya tidak bisa terpisahkan, karena dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kegiatan berbahasa melalui bahasa tulisan dan lisan senantiasa manusia lakukan. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kesulitan menulis teks berdasarkan pada aspek tujuan, struktur organisasi, ciri linguistik, jenis dan teknik penulisan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini siswa sebagai subjek dan hasil tulisan siswa sebagai objek. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu tes. Berdasarkan hasil dalam penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan yang ditinjau dari aspek tujuan, struktur organisasi, ciri linguistik, jenis dan teknik penulisan dalam menulis teks narasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan menulis teks narasi dalam struktur organisasi, jenis, dan teknik penulisan. Dari temuan yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini, siswa paling banyak mengalami kesalahan pada struktur organisasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi kesulitan siswa dalam menulis teks narasi. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menerapkan kebiasan membaca cerita untuk merangsang imajinasi siswa agar dapat mengembangkan kemampuan menulis siswa khususnya dalam teks narasi. ----- Writing in human life is an activity that certainly cannot be separated, because in everyday life, people always do language activities through written and spoken language. The purpose of this study is to determine the difficulty of writing text based on the aspects of objectives, organizational structure, linguistic characteristics, types and writing techniques. The method used in this research is case study research. This study used a qualitative research design. In this study, students as subjects and students' writing as objects. The instrument used in this study was a test. Based on the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out in terms of the aspects of objectives, organizational structure, linguistic characteristics, types and writing techniques in writing narrative text, it shows that students have difficulty writing narrative text in organizational structure, types, and writing techniques. From the findings obtained in this study, students experienced the most errors in the organizational structure. The implication of this research is that researchers know what are the difficulties of students in writing narrative text. The recommendation of this study is to apply the habit of reading stories to stimulate students 'imaginations in order to develop students' writing skills, especially in narrative texts.
