Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yang muncul di lapangan mengenai soal-soal PAS yang dibuat oleh guru tidak sesuai dengan kaidah penulisannya serta jarang dilakukan analisis pada setiap butir soal, sehingga masih banyak soal PAS yang berada pada ranah C1 atau berada pada ranah LOTS. Kualitas soal yang baik adalah soal yang disusun sesuai dengan ketentuan dan memiliki soal yang berbasis HOTS. Soal berbasis HOTS merupakan soal yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kisi-kisi soal PAS, distribusi jenjang ranah kognitif taksonomi Bloom dan mengetahui bagaimana kualitas soal ditinjau dari aspek HOTS pada soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) kelas V mata pelajaran matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian analisis konten (Analysis Content). Objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah dokumen berupa soal penilaian akhir semester semester 1 kelas V mata pelajaran matematika, yang digunakan se-Kecamatan Arjasari dengan mengambil sampel soal di SD Negeri Pasirjati. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah format analisis kisi-kisi, format analisis distribusi persebaran soal, dan format analisis soal HOTS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis, soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) matematika kelas V SD secara kualitatif, apabila ditinjau dari aspek HOTS, bahwa soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) memiliki soal – soal yang berbasis HOTS berjumlah 11 butir soal, jumlah butir soal tersebut berada pada angka 27,5 %. Sedangkan pada kategori LOTS terdapat sebanyak 13 butir soal, jika dipresentasikan berada pada 32,5 %. Berdasarkan pada jumlah soal HOTS masih sedikit yang termasuk pada katgegori soal HOTS, sedangkan pada soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) masih banyak soal yang termasuk pada kategori soal LOTS. Sehingga soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) kelas V pada mata pelajaran matematika di SDN Pasirjati Kecamatan Arjasari, hanya sedikit soal yang termasuk pada kategori soal HOTS, karena hanya 27,5 % soal yang seharusnya pada naskah soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) sebanyak 40 % soal yang termasuk pada kategori soal HOTS. ----- This research is motivated by the problems that arise in the field regarding PAS questions made by teachers not in accordance with the rules of writing and rarely analyzed on each item, so there are still many PAS questions that are in the C1 domain or in the LOTS domain. Good quality questions are questions that are arranged in accordance with the provisions and have questions based on HOTS. HOTS-based questions are questions that can develop higher-order thinking skills in students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the PAS question lattice, the distribution of Bloom's taxonomy cognitive domains and find out how the quality of the questions is viewed from the HOTS aspect of the final semester assessment (PAS) grade 5 mathematics subjects. The research method used is a qualitative method with a research design Content Analysis. The object of research in this study is a document in the form of final semester 1 semester 5 grade mathematics subject matter, which is used throughout the Arjasari District by taking sample questions at the SD Negeri Pasirjati. The instrument used in this study was the lattice analysis format, the distribution format of the distribution of questions, and the format of the analysis of HOTS questions. Based on the results of research and analysis, the final semester assessment (PAS) math class V SD qualitatively, when viewed from the HOTS aspect, that the end of semester assessment (PAS) questions have 11 HOTS-based questions, the number of these items is 27, 5%. Whereas in the LOTS category there were 13 items, if presented it was at 32.5%. Based on the number of HOTS questions, there are still a few questions that fall into the HOTS question category, while at the end of semester assessment (PAS) questions there are still many questions that are included in the LOTS question category. So that the final assessment questions (PAS) class V in mathematics at SDN Pasirjati, Arjasari District, only a few questions are included in the HOTS question category, because only 27.5% of the questions that should be in the final semester assessment (PAS) question text are 40 % of questions that fall into the HOTS question category.
