Abstract

DAMPAK PENGGUNAAN GAWAI TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR (STUDI LITERATUR) YUNIAR SAFITRI 1601586 ABSTRAK Penggunaan gawai pada siswa Sekolah Dasar memiliki dampak kebeberapa aspek salah satunya keterampilan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) penggunaan gawai pada siswa Sekolah Dasar; 2) keterampilan sosial siswa Sekolah Dasar; 3) dampak penggunaan gawai terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sumber yang relevan yakni buku teks, artikel jurnal, dan penelitian terdahulu. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kritik teks, dengan melakukan 3 tahapan yakni : teks, konteks, dan wacana (discourse). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) penggunaan gawai pada siswa Sekolah Dasar banyak digunakan untuk media hiburan, komunikasi dan informasi; 2) keterampilan sosial pada siswa Sekolah Dasar salah satunya adalah kemampuan berinteraksi dan menjalin hubungan/bergaul dengan lingkungan sosialnya; 3) dampak penggunaan gawai terhadap siswa Sekolah Dasar memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan keterampilan sosial siswa Sekolah Dasar. Kata kunci : Gawai, Keterampilan Sosial, Siswa Sekolah Dasar. IMPACT OF GADGET USE ON SOCIAL SKILLS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS (STUDY OF LITERATURE) YUNIAR SAFITRI 1601586 ABSTRACT The use of gadget in elementary school students has an impact on several aspects, one of them is social skills. This study aims to determine: 1) the use of gadget in elementary students; 2) elementary students' social skills; 3) the impact of the use of gadget for elementary students' social skills. The method used in this research is the study of literature. Data collection techniques are carried out by gathering relevant sources namely textbooks, journal articles, and previous research. Data analysis techniques used text criticism techniques, by doing 3 stages namely: text, context, and discourse. The results showed that: 1) the use of gadget in elementary students is widely used for entertainment, communication and information media; 2) social skills in elementary students one of which is the ability to interact and establish relationships / get along with their social environment; 3) the impact of the use of gadget for elementary students has a negative influence on the development of social skills of elementary students.
