Abstract
Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor memengaruhinya belum maksimal. Adapun faktor tersebut menurut Slameto (2010, hlm.54) yaitu faktor intern (Intelegensia, Perhatian, Minat, Kesiapan) dan ekstern (Relasi Guru dengan Siswa, Sarana dan Prasarana Pembelajaran, Lingkungan Sosial Siswa di Sekolah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VA di SDN Pucung 3. Desain penelitian ini Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VA berjumlah 52 siswa yang kemudian dipilih 3 siswa dengan kemampuan kognitif berbeda untuk dijadikan sampel. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan soal tes yang dilakukan menggunakan google formulir dengan jumlah 10 soal mengenai pelajaran IPA Tema 8 dengan tingkat kesukaran mudah, sedang dan sukar juga menggunakan teknik HOTS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menjadi penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yaitu faktor perhatian, minat serta sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran yang mendukung pembelajaran IPA di sekolah. Research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in science learning which is caused by several factors that influence it is not optimal. The factors according to Slameto (2010, p.54) are internal (Intelligence, Attention, Interest, Readiness) and external (Teacher-Student Relationships, Learning Facilities and Infrastructure, Student Social Environment in Schools). This study aims to determine the factors causing the low science learning outcomes of grade VA students at SDN Pucung 3. The design of this study is qualitative descriptive analysis. The study population was all students of class VA totaling 52 students, who then selected 3 students with different cognitive abilities to be the sample. The research instrument used observation guidelines, interview guidelines and test questions which were conducted using google form with a total of 10 questions regarding Science Subjects Theme 8 with easy, medium and difficult difficulty levels also using the HOTS technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the factors causing the low student learning outcomes were the factors of attention, interest and learning facilities and infrastructure that supported science learning in schools.
