Abstract

Kesadaran atas pentingnya mengetahui keberanekaragaman jenis kepribadian seseorang belum banyak diketahui oleh banyak orang. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurangnya perhatian dan perlakuan (treatment) yang seharusnya diberikan kepada orang dengan kepribadian yang berbeda-beda agar dapat memanfaatkan bakat alami yang dimiliki sebaik mungkin. Kemampuan berbicara menjadi salah satu pokok penting untuk dapat mengembangkan bakat karena segala yang ada didalam pikiran dapat diungkapkan dan dibagikan dengan cara berbicara. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran pada orang tua, guru dan calon guru agar dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan tepat sasaran. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode studi literatur yaitu pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengolah dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Hal ini dikarenakan penyesuaian akibat dari pandemi COVID-19 yang mengakibatkan peneliti tidak dapat melakukan penelitian lapangan. Hasil temuan yang didapat menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pengaruh jenis kepribadian dengan kemampuan berbicara. The awareness of the importance to recognize the difference of human personality is rarely known by a lot of people. This is causing the lack of concern and treatment which is really important to be given to the person based on their different personalities in intend to take advantage of their natural-born talent. Speaking ability is one of many aspects which most likely help to develop person natural-born talent because all the idea in human brain expressed and shared by speaking. Because of these reasons the researcher concern to do a research in order to give a new concept to parent, teacher and pre-service teacher in addition to give student meaningful learning and precisely targeted treatment. Literature study is used in this research because of the adjustment to the world pandemic COVID-19 that causing the researcher did not able to do a field research. Based on the literature study that researcher did can be concluded that speaking ablity is be affected by the personality type.
