Abstract

Higher Order Thinking Skills merupakan suatu proses berpikir peserta didik dalam level kognitif yang lebih tinggi yang dikembangkan dari berbagai konsep dan metode kognitif dan taksonomi pembelajaran seperti metode problem solving, Taksonomi Bloom, dan taksonomi pembelajaran, pengajaran, dan penilaian (Saputra, 2016, hlm. 91). Keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (higher order thinking skills) dibutuhkan dalam pendidikan abad 21 ini. Dalam Taksonomi Bloom, ranah kognitif berpikir tingkat tinggi adalah menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mencipta/membuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas V dan mengetahui bagaimana keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas V di SDN Limo 3. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kualitatif yang akan mendeskripsikan semua data hasil penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang siswa kelas V di SDN Limo 3. Data ini diperoleh menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi yang saling melengkapi antara data yang satu dengan data yang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang memengaruhi keterampilan berpikir siswa kelas V di SDN Limo 3 berdasarkan faktor internal dan eksternal. Keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa kelas V di SDN Limo 3 juga berbeda, ada yang memenuhi indikator hanya sebagaian dan ada yang sudah memenuhi indikator secara keseluruhan. Higher order thinking skills is thinking process of students in cognitive level at a higher cognitive which was developed from any concept and cogniteve methode and learning taxonomy which is problem solving methode, and learning taxonomy which is problem solving methode, bloom's taxonomy and learning taxonomy, pedagogic, and evaluaterd (saputra, 2016, pg. 91 . in 21st century education need Higher Order Thinking Skills in Blomm's Taxonomy, the cognitive realm Higher Order Thinking Skills is analyze, evaluate,and create. the pupose of their research to know what the factor which influence Higher Order Thinking Skills student grade V and to know is HOTS student grade V in SDN Limo 3. This research is a qualitative type of research which will describe all research data. The subjects in this research were 3 V grade students at SDN Limo 3. This data was obtained using interview, observation, test and documentation techniques which complement each other from one data to another. The results of the study show the factors that influence the thinking skills of V grade students at SDN Limo 3 based on internal and external factors. The higher order thinking skills of grade V students at SDN Limo 3 are also defferent, some of them comply only partial indicators and some have comply the overall indicators.
