Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terjadinya bullying pada siswa kelas V di SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur dan peran guru kelas dalam meminimalisir tindakan bullying di SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur. Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana peran guru kelas dalam meminimalisir tindakan bullying di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kualitatif, jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas V, kepala sekolah, dua pelaku dan dua korban bullying. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara, angket kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan yang digunakan adalah metode trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data nya adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil simpulan dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terjadinya bullying pada siswa kelas V di SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur berbentuk bullying verbal seperti memanggil dengan panggilan buruk, panggilan nama ortu, berbahasa kasar, dan mengolok-olok sedangkan bullying fisik seperti menyenggol, mendorong dan menganggu ketika belajar dan bermain. Peran guru kelas dalam meminimalisir tindakan bullying di SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur dilakukan dengan membimbing dan memberi nasihat kepada pelaku berupa pemahaman, memberi arahan berupa sosialisasi, pengertian gambaran atau role playing seputar bullying dan dampak dari bullying dan binaan pada siswa dengan mengarahkan, memfasilitasi dan mewadahi kegiatan-kegiatan positif seperti ekstrakulikuler dan bimbingan belajar, selain itu melakukan pengawasan dan pengontrolan di dalam kelas serta bekerja sama dengan pihak orang tua. Upaya dari guru kelas dalam meminimalisir bullying memberikan pembekalan paham terkait tindakan yang boleh dilakukan dan tindakan yang tidak diperbolehkan, adanya penanaman pola pendidikan yang ramah tamah, penerapan disiplin dan penanaman nilai moral. This study aims to determine the occurrence of bullying in fifth grade students at SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur and the role of classroom teachers in minimizing bullying at SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur. The reason for doing this research is that the researcher wants to know the extent of the role of classroom teachers in minimizing bullying in primary schools. This research is qualitative research, descriptive qualitative type. The qualitative research method used is a case study. The research subjects used in this study were the fifth grade teacher, the principal, two perpetrators and two victims of bullying. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. The validity technique used was the source triangulation method and the technique triangulation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the conclusions of this study, it was found that the occurrence of bullying in fifth grade students at SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur was in the form of verbal bullying such as calling badly, calling parents' names, speaking abusive language, and making fun while physical bullying was such as nudging, pushing and disturbing when studying. and play. The role of classroom teachers in minimizing bullying at SD Mardi Yuana Cianjur is carried out by guiding and giving advice to actors in the form of understanding, giving directions in the form of socialization, understanding the picture or role playing around bullying and the impact of bullying and fostering students by directing, facilitating and accommodating activities -Positive activities such as extracurricular activities and tutoring, besides supervising and controlling in the classroom and working with parents. The efforts of class teachers in minimizing bullying provide provision of understanding related to actions that can be taken and actions that are not allowed, the cultivation of friendly educational patterns, application of discipline and cultivation of moral values.
