Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar Kelas X jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Fasilitas Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Kelas X Jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sampel dengan ukuran 102, yang diambil dari populasi berukuran 139. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMKN 1 Bandung.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa Fasilitas Belajar (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y). Dengan demikian Motivasi Belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan fasilitas belajar siswa. The study was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The problem examined in this study is the low motivation of student learning in Class X majoring in Automation and Office Management in SMKN 1 Bandung. This study consists of two variables, namely Learning Facilities and Learning Motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of Learning Facilities on student motivation in Class X Correspondence Subjects Majoring in Automation and Office Management in SMKN 1 Bandung. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. This study is a sample size 102 study, was taken from a population of 139. Respondents this study were class X students majoring in Office Automation and Office Management in SMKN 1 Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple regression. Hypothesis test results obtained that the Learning Facility (X) has a significant effect on Learning Motivation (Y). Thus student learning motivation can be improved through the enhancement student learning facilities.
