Abstract
Penelitian berjudul pembuatan multimedia interaktif berbasis game untuk pembelajaran pengenalan alat musik serune kalee di SMP Banda Aceh dimaksutkan untuk menanamkan pengetahuan tentang alat musik serune kalee dalam bentuk game pada siswa sehingga menghilangkan keterbatasan guru dan sekolah dalam mendisplay materi tradisi yang sulit ditemukan pada era modern. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life cycle dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari: observasi, studi literatur, wawancara, kuesioner, dan group discusion. Setelah merancang multimedia interaktif berbasis game ini penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah produk game edukasi dalam bentuk pertualangan yang terdiri dari tujuh level yang berbeda untuk menyampaikan pesan dan materi. Proses pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan komputer dimana setiap siswa harus menyelesaikan game dengan waktu yang ditentukan, dan menjawab pertanyaan di akhir level agar dapat melewati level berikutnya sehingga siswa mampu memahami materi sesuai dengan kemampuannya dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Hasil uji coba game menunjukkan bahwa 76,5 % dari validator menyatakan game edukasi layak untuk diuji coba, sedangkan 80,7% rata-rata siswa menyatakan konten game edukasi serune kalee ini sangat baik, serta hasil belajar siswa yang sangat memuaskan dengan rata-rata nilai 79,2 sehingga dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran baik di rumah maupun di sekolah.---------Research entitled the development of interactive multimedia based on games for the introduction of musical serune kalee instruments at Banda Aceh Middle School was intended to instill knowledge of the serune kalee instrument in the form of games for students so as to eliminate the limitations of teachers and schools in displaying traditional material that was difficult to find in the modern era. This study method was using Multimedia Development Life cycle with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques consist of: observation, literature study, interviews, questionnaires, and group discussions. After designing this interactive multimedia based on game, this study produced a product of educational game in the form of adventure consisting of seven different levels to convey messages and material. The implementation process is done by using a computer where each student must complete the game with the specified time, and answer questions at the end of the level so that they can pass the next level so that students are able to understand the material according to their abilities in a fun way. The trial results game showed that 76.5% of validator stated educational game deserves to be tested, while 80,7% of the average student stated educational game content serune kalee is very good, as well as student learning outcomes were very satisfactory with an average value of 79, 2 so that it can be used for learning both at home and at School.
