Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung.Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai implementasi audit mutu internal yang ada di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi audit mutu internal yang ada di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Manajemen Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung memerlukan suatu audit internal yang menjadi salah satu elemen persyaratan ISO 9001: 2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan datapada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara studi dokumentasidan wawancara dengan memilih sampel dari/atau pihak-pihak yang dianggap paling mengerti mengenai permasalahan yang akan diteliti dan pihak-pihak tersebut mampu memberikan informasi sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarakan hasil studi dokumentasi dan wawancara didapatkan gambaranpelaksanaan audit internal di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung berada pada kategori efektif. Dari 12 indikator audit mutu internalmenurut Arter Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandungsudah memenuhi semua indikator audit mutu internal tersebut. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan ada beberapa faktor di lapangan yang menjadi penghambat pelaksanaan audit yaitu: hambatan dari faktor SDM dan waktu dalam proses pelaksanaan audit. Dan Faktor-faktor yang mendukung audit mutu di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung antara lain: Adanya anggaran untuk melaksanakan audit, supporting dari top management, dan tim audit yang sThis research was conducted at the Bandung City Education Office. The problems examined in this study are about the implementation of internal quality audits in the Bandung Education Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the implementation of internal quality audits in the Bandung City Education Office. The management of the Bandung City Education Office requires an internal audit which is one of the elements of the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of documentation and interview studies by selecting samples from / or parties who were considered to be most understanding about the problems to be studied and those parties were able to provide information in accordance with the research objectives. Based on the results of the study of documentation and interviews, it was found that the description of the implementation of internal audits in the Bandung City Education Office was in the effective category. Of the 12 internal quality audit indicators according to Arter, the Bandung Education Office has met all the internal quality audit indicators. The results of the study show that there are several factors in the field that are obstacles to the conduct of audits, namely: barriers from the HR factor and time in the audit process. And the factors that support the quality audit at the Bandung City Education Office include: The existence of a budget to carry out audits, supporting top management, and a solid audit team.olid.
