Abstract

Globalisasi telah mendorong pendidikan untuk mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan baru yang terus tumbuh dan berkembang, pendidikan hendaknya mampu melakukan trasformasi dengan perubahan yang terjadi. Dengan tantangan ini menuntut sekolah untuk selalu terus melakukan penilaian terhadap proses pendidikan yang telah dilaksanakannya. Balance scorecard (BSC) sebagai salah satu alat yang digunakan SMP Darul Hikam untuk dapat terus mengevaluasi pencapai visi, misi dan target sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis terhadap implementasi BSC di SMP Darul Hikam dengan menggunakan metode analtic hierarchy process (AHP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dan studi kasus kualitatif. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode AHP dilakukan dengan bantuan software expert choice 11. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal, yakni: a) Pelaksanaan BSC di SMP Darul Hikam Bandung sudah pada tahap pelaksanaan akan tetapi kinerja sekolah belum meningkat sesuai target yang ditetapkan sebelumnya; b) Terdapat Faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam pengembangan BSC di SMP Darul Hikam Bandung; c) Prioritas sekolah dalam pengembangan BSC berdasarkan pohon keputusan AHP dihasilakn untuk level scenario internal bisnis process (IBP) yang harus menjadi prioritas kerja. Level masalah yang menjadi prioritas diantaranya: a) IBP adalah kasus belajar siswa; b) LG adalah kompetensi pedagogik guru; c) customer adalah kegiatan ibadah siswa; d) financial yakni masalah pengadministrasian. Level aktor/pelaku yang menjadi prioritas pertama diantaranya: a. IBP adalah Kabag kurikulum/kesiswaan; b) LG, cutomer dan financial adalah kepala sekolah; Terakahir level kebijakan yang menjadi prioritas pertama diantaranya: a) IBP adalah program pengangan siswa kelas akhir; b) LG adalah melaksanakan diklat bagi guru; c) Prioritas customer adalah perbaikan sistem/pelaksanaan SOP, dan d) Financial adalah pemantauan/supervisi.:---Globalization has encouraged education to be able to adjust to new demands that continue to grow and develop, education should be able to transform with the changes that occur. With this challenge requires the school to always continue to assess the educational process that has been carried out. Balance scorecard (BSC) is one of the tools used by Darul Hikam Middle School to be able to continuously evaluate the achievement of the school's vision, mission and targets. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of BSC in Darul Hikam Middle School using themethod analtic hierarchy process (AHP). The research method used is descriptive analytic research and qualitative case studies. Data processing using the AHP method was carried out with the help of expert choice software 11. This study produced several things, namely: a) The implementation of the BSC at Darul Hikam Middle School in Bandung was at the implementation stage but the school performance had not increased according to the predetermined target; b) There are factors that play a role in the development of the BSC at Darul Hikam Middle School in Bandung; c) The priority of the school in the development of the BSC based on the AHP decision tree is generated for thescenario level internal business process (IBP)which must be a work priority. Priority problem levels include: a) IBP is a student learning case; b) LG is a teacher's pedagogic competence; c) customer is a student worship activity; d) financial administration problems. The level of actors / actors that are the first priority include: a. IBP is the curriculum chief / student affairs; b) LG, cutomer and financial are principals; There is a policy level that is the first priority including: a) IBP is a program to handle the final grade students; b) LG is implementing training for teachers; c)priority Customer is system improvement / SOP implementation, and d) Financial is monitoring / supervision.
