Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya siswa yang memperoleh nilai hasil belajar dibawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Cilacap tahun 2018/2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh academic emotions terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan survei eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 418 siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Cilacap. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 204 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa sebagian besar berada di atas KKM dan academic emotions berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan academic emotions berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. The background of this study was that many students who obtain learning outcomes under the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in economics subject of class XI IPS in Public Senior High School in Cilacap Regency year 2018/2019. This study is aimed to examine the effect of academic emotions on learning outcomes in economic subjects. Methods of data collection using explanatory surveys through numerical scale questionnaires. The population in this study were 418 students of class XI IPS in Public Senior High School in Cilacap Regency. By using random sampling technique, a sample of 204 students was obtained. The data analysis technique used was linear regression. The results of this study indicate that most of student learning outcomes were above the KKM and positive academic emotions depend on the medium category. The results of the regression analysis showed academic emotions had a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
