Abstract
Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 tentunya dipengaruhi oleh peran penting dari kinerja guru itu sendiri khususnya di pendidikan dasar yang merupakan fondasi bagi jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi oleh karena itu pendidik harus memiliki kinerja yang baik karena guru yang memiliki kinerja yang baik diyakini mampu melahirkan generasi bangsa yang bermutu dan mampu menghadapi persaingan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan menganalisis kinerja guru kelas dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung. Kinerja guru kelas dilihat dari tugas utama pokok guru dalam pembelajaran yaitu dimensi perencanaan pembelajaran, dimensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan dimensi penilaian pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek yang dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah 155 guru kelas yang diperoleh berdasarkan stratified random sampling dari seluruh Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung. Data penelitian diperoleh dari angket persepsi guru mengenai kinerjanya yang sebelumnya telah diujikan dengan cara expert judgement, pedoman wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa gambaran umum kinerja guru kelas dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Bandung berada pada kategori baik. Secara parsial, kinerja guru kelas pada dimensi perencanaan pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat baik, pada dimensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik dan pada dimensi penilaian pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik. Namun masih terdapat kendala yang dialami, yaitu penyusunan RPP tematik terpadu yang belum lengkap sesuai dengan revisi terbaru, proses pembelajaran tematik yang masih terlihat pemisahan dari mata pelajaran ke mata pelajaran lain, proses pembelajaran kurang bervariasi, kurang mampu menyusun alat evaluasi, dan membuat kontruk rekaman kemajuan belajar peserta didik yang rapi dan fungsional untuk pembelajaran tahap berikutnya. Kata kunci: Kinerja Guru, Implementasi Kurikulum 2013, Sekolah Dasar The implementation of the curriculum 2013 is certainly influenced by the important role of teacher’s performance itself, especially in basic education which is the foundation for higher education levels therefore educators must have excellent performance because teachers who have excellent performance are believed to be able to build an outstanding nation that can perform in global competition. This study aims to describe the teacher performance in implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in public elementary schools around Bandung District. The performance of teachers can be analyzed from their main task dimensions, which are learning planning dimensions, learning implementation dimensions, and learning assessment dimensions. This research used descriptive method with a quantitative approach to achieve the research objective. The numbers of samples of this research were 155 classroom teachers that were taken based on stratified random sampling from whole public elementary schools in Bandung District. The research data were gathered from the questionnaire that asked the teacher’s perception regarding their performance which had previously been tested by expert judgment, interview and documentation. The results show that in general, the teacher performance in implementation of the Curriculum 2013 across elementary schools in Bandung District is in a good category. Partially, the performance of classroom teachers in the dimensions of learning planning is in the very good category, on the other hand, both the dimensions of the learning implementation and the dimensions of learning assessment are in a good category. However, there still obstacles facing by teachers in implementation of the curriculum 2013, specifically, the preparation of integrated thematic lesson plans that are incomplete in accordance with the latest revision, the thematic learning process that still looks separation from subjects to other subjects, the lack of variation in the learning process, not capable enough in compiling the tools for evaluation, and in creating a neat and functional construct for recording the student learning progress that can be used for the next stage of learning.
