Abstract

Kegiatan produksi kopi arabika (Coffeehape) merupakan suatu implementasi dari pembelajaran teaching factory model 6M (TF-6M) di SMK PPN Lembang, tetapi pelaksanaannya belum berjalan secara optimal. Siswa belum terbiasa bekerja mandiri sesuai dengan standar kompetensi kerja, sehingga siswa hanya mengikuti instruksi yang diberikan oleh guru. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya buku panduan yang dapat digunakan oleh siswa selama kegiatan produksi. Jobsheet sebagai bahan ajar praktik perlu dikembangkan untuk memudahkan siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran. Jobsheet dikembangkan sesuai dengan tuntunan kurikulum berbasis SKKNI untuk menunjang pencapaian kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui kelayakan jobsheet berbasis SKKNI untuk pencapaian kompetensi produksi kopi di SMK PPN Lembang dan (2) mengetahui kompetensi siswa setelah menggunakan jobsheet berbasis SKKNI. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D). Validasi jobsheet dengan ahli materi diperoleh hasil “Sangat Layak” dan ahli TF-6M diperoleh hasil “Sangat Layak”, serta siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap jobsheet dengan diperoleh hasil “Sangat Layak”. Kompetensi siswa setelah menggunakan jobsheet berbasis SKKNI ditunjukkan dengan keterlaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran praktik dan diperoleh hasil “Sangat Baik”. Students are not accustomed to working independently according to work competency standards, so students only follow the instructions given by the teacher. This is because there is no manual that can be used by students during production activities. Jobsheets as practical teaching materials need to be developed to facilitate students and teachers in learning. Jobsheets are developed according to the SKKNI-based curriculum guidelines to support the achievement of competencies that students must have. The purpose of this study was to (1) determine the feasibility of jobsheet an SKKNI-based for achieving coffee production competence in SMK PPN Lembang and (2) find out the competencies of students after using jobsheet an SKKNI-based. The method used in this research is themethod Research and Development (R&D). Validation jobsheet with material experts obtained "Very Worthy" results and TF-6M experts obtained "Very Worthy" results, as well as students give a positive response to the jobsheet with the results "Very Feasible". Student competencies after using jobsheets SKKNI-basedare shown by the implementation of practical learning activities and the results obtained "Very Good".
