Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan Metode Peoyek Berbasis Literasi Informasi dalam Pembelajaran Menulis Laporan Pengamatan Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan temuan permasalahan yang terjadi di kelas V SDN BOJONGSALAM 5 Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung, pada pembelajaran menulis kurang disukai oleh siswa. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan siswa menulis laporan dengan tahapan laporan pengamatan yang tepat, karena tidak adanya bimbingan dan pemodelan cara menulis laporan dengan memperhatikan ejaan yang tepat, karena guru tidak memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk kerjasama dan diskusi. Permasalahan yang menjadi pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan menulis laporan pengamatan pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab utamanya yaitu: (1) mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dianggap mata pelajaran yang membosankan, (2) metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru tidak variatif (bersifat konvensional). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan inovasi pembelajaran yang mampu melibatkan siswa secara aktif, yaitu dengan menerapkan metode proyek berbasis literasi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen kuasi. Eksperimen kuasi merupakan kegiatan percobaan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui suatu gejala atau pengaruh yang timbul, sebagai akibat dari adanya perlakuan tertentu, dengan melakukan langkah-langkah yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan wawancara, lembar observasi dan soal tes laporan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara siswa yang berada pada kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrolperhitungan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen dan control, dengan nilai sebesar 2.795 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.007, karena signifikan yang diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan lebih kecil dari 0,05. ABSTRACT Application of Information Literacy-Based Peoyek Method in Learning to Write Observation Reports This research is motivated by the findings of problems that occur in class V SDN BOJONGSALAM 5 Rancaekek, Bandung Regency, in learning to write less liked by students. This is caused by the inability of students to write reports with the appropriate stages of observation reports, because there is no guidance and modeling of how to write reports with attention to proper spelling, because teachers do not provide opportunities for students to collaborate and discuss. The main problem in this study is the low ability to write observational reports on Indonesian subjects. Factors that become the main cause are: (1) Indonesian subjects are considered boring subjects, (2) the learning methods used by teachers are not varied (conventional). To overcome these problems, learning innovations are carried out that are able to actively involve students, namely by applying information literacy-based project methods. The research method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. Quasi experiment is an experimental activity that aims to find out a symptom or influence that arises, as a result of the existence of certain treatments, by taking steps namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques are using interviews, observation sheets and observation report test questions. The results of this study indicate that there are differences between students who are in the experimental class and the control class difference calculation of the two test average pretest experimental and control classes, with a value of 2,795 with a significant value of 0.007, because the significance obtained from the calculation results is smaller than 0 .5.
