Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus, adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi 1 dan kelas XI Akuntansi 2 di SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk hasil belajar siswa didapatkan dengan memberikan tes dalam bentuk soal uraian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung adalah sebesar 9,8074 dan nilai ttabel dengan α = 0,05 adalah 1,6672 . Karena hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dapat diartikan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol yang tidak menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan siswa kelas XI di SMK Bina Warga Bandung.

This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model implementation towards students' learning outcomes. This research used experimental method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling method was carried out using the sensus, while the samples in this study were students of Class XI Accounting 1 and class XI Accounting 2 SMK Bina Warga Bandung. Data collection techniques for students' learning outcomes were obtained by providing tests in the form of descriptions. Data analysis techniques using the normality test, homogeneity test, and for testing the hypothesis using the ttest. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using the ttest, it shows that the t-value is 9,8074 and the t-value with α = 0.05 is 1,6672. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that ttest > ttable, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it can be interpreted that the students' learning outcomes in the experimental class with discovery learning model is higher than the control class that does not implementation the discovery learning model on finance accounting student Class XI At SMK Bina Warga Bandung.
