Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan dari pentingnya prasarana dan sarana dalam keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Namun prasarana dan sarana di SMK PU Negeri Bandung masih belum memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kontribusi ketersediaan prasarana dan sarana terhadap kompetensi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengukuran Tanah kompetensi keahlian DPIB kelas X SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Terdapat dua variabel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Ketersediaan Prasarana dan Sarana (Variabel X), dan Kompetensi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Teknik Pengukuran Tanah (Variabel Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran ketersediaan prasarana dan sarana, mengetahui gambaran kompetensi belajar siswa, serta mengetahui kontribusi prasarana dan sarana terhadap kompetensi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Teknik Pengukuran Tanah kompetensi keahlian DPIB kelas X SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dan soal tes. Jumlah responden adalah sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan siswa kelas X SMK PU Negeri Bandung program keahlian DPIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson Product Momen (PPM) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran ketersediaan prasarana dan sarana berada pada kriteria rendah dan gambaran kompetensi belajar siswa berada dalam kategori rendah pula. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji determinasi, diperoleh hasil bahwa ketersediaan prasarana dan sarana berkontribusi sebesar 55% terhadap kompetensi belajar siswa mata pelajaran Teknik Pengukuran Tanah.;This research was carried out based on the urgency of infrastructure and facilities in the success of the teaching and learning process. But the infrastructure and facilities at SMK PU Negeri Bandung are still insufficient. This research was motivated by how the availability of infrastructure and mean contributed to students’ learning competencies in the subject of surveying for the competency of DPIB grade X SMK PU Bandung. In this study, there were two variables, namely the Availability of Infrastructure and Facilities (Variable X) and the Competency of Learning Subjects in Surveying (Variable Y). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the availability of infrastructure and means, examine the description of student learning competencies, and determine the contribution of infrastructure and means to student competencies in the subject of Surveying Competence of DPIB skills in class X SMK PU Negeri Bandung. This study used survey research methods with a quantitative approach, data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires and tests. The number of respondents in this study were fifty respondents who were Grade X students of SMK Negeri Bandung in the DPIB expertise program. The data analysis technique used was the Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPM) and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the research showed that the description of the availability of infrastructure and means was at a low category. Moreover, the description of student learning competencies was in the high category. Based on the calculation results of the determination test, the results demonstrated that the availability of infrastructure and means contributed 55% to the learning competency of subjects in Surveying.
