Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN X di Kota Bandung dengan dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kerja sama siswa dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya kerja kelompok dan berdiskusi, siswa lebih senang dalam melakukan hal secara individual. Untuk mengatasinya peneliti menggunakan pembelajaran kooperativ tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) untuk meningkatkan kerja sama siswa kelas IV di SDN P. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar berjumlah 32 orang. Pengolahan data dan analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siklus I hasil kerja sama siswa berada pada persentase 63.84% dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 23.21% menjadi 87.05% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan kerja sama siswa kelas IV di SDN P. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Student Teams Achievement Divisions, Kerja Sama ----- This research was conducted at SDN P in the city of Bandung with a background of the low level of student cooperation in learning. This is due to the lack of group work and discussion, the students enjoy doing things individually. To overcome this problem, researchers used cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) to improve cooperation in the fourth grade students of SDN P. The method of this study used classroom action research. Data collection techniques in research using observation sheets, field notes and documentation. The subjects in this study were 32 students in the elementary school fourth grade. Data processing and data analysis carried out is qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. In the first cycle the result of cooperation students are on the percentage of 63.84% and increased by 23.21% to 87.05% in the second cycle. This it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) can improve the cooperation of fourth grade students at SDN P.
